I would rather drop some attack points. Accurate is something the Republic (in comparison to Rebels, a similar faction) is relatively weak in. How about 8 attack and +1 to his cost?

I would suggest dropping Accurate Shot. Although the Republic needs a good Accurate shooter I don't believe that Frodo is a likely candidate, on the other hand the ARC troopers were Advanced RECON Commandos. So its just a thought but maybe add in Stealth/Recon instead of the Accurate shot.
I do believe though that his attack should not suffer because of Accurate Shot, but he does have too much for the cost, which we need to keep down.

Captain Fordo Cost: 26 HP: 70 Def: 16 Att: 11 Dmg: 20
SA: Unique ARC Trooper Order 66 Twin Attack Mobile Attack Stealth
CE: Allied ARC troopers gain Squad Assault and Squad Firepower.

The Republic already has their Stealth units in the commandos, and neither of our two existing ARC Troopers have Stealth, so it's a little odd for him to have it.
Without Accurate Shot, he becomes, IMO, too much like a mini Rex. High attack, lots of shots, etc.

Gree already grants Squad Assualt, so I would find something different.
If you want to make Fordo feel less like Rex, keep Accurate, but lose the Twin/Mobile combo.

By spot on, what do you mean? Could you please read through BH9 and my debate regarding his power and post your thoughts? Ah yes, sorry...a little late on this one . What I had meant was that I like what was in the OP. From what I remember in the animated series, he didn't employ much attention to precision, so perhaps Accurate Shot is not needed. Maybe just Sniper.

Ah, I never was fond of Sniper...
As for Squad Assault, it just fits his character which is why it's there (and a +4 is just too bland).
Ok, so Mobile could be dropped, but I think Twin represents dual DC-17's well.

I think dropping Mobile is fine, at least he can be shot at easier.
I agree that Squad Assault is somewhat redundant with Gree, I think something else would be better. Not sure what, but something. Anyone have any suggestions?

Not synenergy, that usually requires a close relationship. (siblings for the Solo Twins, Master/Apprentice for Luminara and Barriss, etc)
Furious Assault is definitely an interesting alternative. It shows his very bombastic style and could be useful. If we also gave it to him (which would make sense) he could go charging and shooting tons of people (like Han and Arica with Xixor).
