In effect , both Bountyhunter and I are correct. Although stunned is used, it seems it is only used in the glossary definitions, and not the definitions on the cards.
However, I do agree with Jm419 that it would be more convenient using 'stunned' instead of 'considered activated'. What should we do?

I agree as well. It would be a lot more convenient. I just think that it should stay the same as WotC. If they said "stunned means considered activated", then I would be fine with it, but some newer players may or may not think that it means something totally different from considered activated, and then go looking all over trying to find out what stunned means, and come up with nothing.
That's the end of my rant. I would be fine either way, though.

I'll probably continue to use "considered activated this round, save 11," just to stay consistent with the majority of WotC pieces.
