DR20 makes it hard to hit; but it really should have about 1000 HP. For that cost, anyway.
That's a good point; GMA could be a real problem on this piece.

Yeah. Maybe like 500, but even that isn't a significant amount for the cost. To have the highest HP-to-Cost ratio in the game, it would have to have 1340 HP (T1 Bulk Loader from KotOR, with an HP-to-Cost ratio of 6.67, multiplied by the AT-AT's cost of 200 for 1334, rounded up to break the tie).
Yeah. Twin Attack from Whorm Loathesom is pretty bad, but you have to leave him open for that assault. Then there's the Rodian Raider from TDT that costs 10 points and is non-melee with Triple Attack.

Wow. That's terrible. But remember, the cost needs to factor in it's offensive potential too.
Now, that's ridiculous. Remember back when Jedi Masters didn't even have Double?

True. I'm just using the hard numbers. Obviously, a Colossal military walker will have more HP than a Jawa, for example. But, it shouldn't have that much HP because it would be unkillable with DR20.
Yeah. Horrible. Recently, I've begun to think that characters should have had an additional statistic to go along with HP, def, atk, and dmg: Attacks. Rather than give huge numbers of characters double, triple, quadruple, etc. abilities, you could just give them an attacks per round value. Twin would, have to remain a separate ability, though. If only WotC knew that they would be giving everybody and their grandmother double, triple, and quad attack by the time their final set came about.

Or DR 30, which is probably what it should have had, so only heavy vehicles could kill it.
Do we know if there's a final set yet? They've been ignoring SWM for years now.

DR 30 would have been insane. Though lightsabers would still cut through it.
Yeah, MotF is the final set.

Yeah, I suppose.
That's rather depressing. How many 40 piece sets are there?

Yeah. There are six 40 piece sets (TCW, IE, JA, GaW, TDT, and MotF).

Huh. Were there any pieces that were really worth getting? I'm considering getting the Jedi Exile...did we see a new Rebel Luke?

Yeah, the 40 piece sets saw the biggest power creep I can remember. If you want competitive pieces, I can give you a good list. We got a Luke Skywalker, Rebel Commando in IE, but that's the only Rebel Luke we've received since the switch to 40-piece sets.

I wanted him, but I didn't think he was worth the twenty-five on fee-bay.

Yeah, eBay's prices can be pretty outrageous at time. MiniatureMarket has him priced at $12.00 right now, though.

Oh? Still...that's twelve good reasons not to buy him.

Lol. So true. They have a lot of really good prices, but they don't have some of the minis. Also, interestingly enough, General Kenobi is also $12.00.

Lol. Perhaps I'll look into them.
What did you think of the 40 piece sets? Did you prefer the 60 piece sets? From what I found out, only set completionists liked the 40 piece sets.
