Looking very good so far. However, do you think the CE should only affect followers? Firstly, it makes it closer to Mon Mothma's and secondly, it could prevent some really nasty combos with character like Lord Vader.

That would probably be best; it's already a nasty CE and can be even more dangerous with Blaster Upgrade.

Dunno. Did we want it to be only Imps, or all followers? Mon Mothma affects followers, so it wouldn't be anything ground breaking.

I don't have a violent objection to it being 'followers'.
I did intentionally leave for just imps. My thinking was to limit her a little because of her abilities. Don't want her to cost more than Thrawn.
Also, thematically, Admiral Daala did'nt really work with non-imps.
But, that said, I don't have really strong feelings about it. I do believe 31 should be the absolute ceiling for her cost. No way she's worth as much as Thrawn.
Thoughts?

True. Imperial followers would work fine, and could let her cost drop to around 29 (comparing to Thrawn)

Even just for followers, that commander effect is pretty brutal when paired with Blaster Upgrade and the various damage boosters the Imps can get access to.
I think it's fairly easy for a Stormtrooper to potentially dish out 80 or even 100 damage when he dies. Not sure I'm a fan of that.

Compared to the other characters with Immediate Reserves, she costs a lot less, AND has an excellent commander effect and some amazing support abilities. I think she would have to be priced upwards of 40 like this. I think we should focus the piece more, to either her time with Tarkin and training as an Admrial or her time at the Maw and subsequent conflicts. That means dropping either Blaster Upgrade or Doctrine of Fear (the latter being used previously in this set). I also think we should lower the base HP to 40 or 50 (I'm not sure we want to give her more HP than Tarkin...). The powerful Reserves seem to be her focus, but with them I think she'll end up costing more than Thrawn. To change the CE, maybe we could limit the vindictive attack so the ally can only make the attack against an adjacent enemy?

Dropping DoF is fine, it isn't necessary for the piece. HP could be dropped too... YOu are right about the cost, she does seem undercosted looking at her now. 40 would probably be a good cap, let's aim for that.

Or for something heavier, Blaster Cannon Upgrade (Allies within 6 squares with nonmelee attacks that deal exactly 30 damage gain Splash 10) or maybe even lose Heavy Weapon, if the ability weren't worded so specifically.

I would keep it as Blaster or BLaster Rifle Upgrade, no reason to make a new ability. I suppose it could be changed to Rifle Upgrade, it's not quite so potent (but still powerful).
