wow, that was a tough one, but I got something:
Warmaster Tsavong Lah 63 points Yuuzhan Vong Shaper 21 points 3 Yuuzhan Vong Jedi Hunters 60 points Advance Scout 6 points
150 points
With the warmaster and the shaper, if all 3 jedi hunters march up to bane, they can kill him in one turn. It would be a total of 6 attacks, +17 and 40 damage each. Vonduun Crab Armor 6 on all of them makes it so Cade can't even kill one jedi hunter in a turn, so they can kill him pretty easily too.

Wow, fuzz, that's a great counter. That one was pretty tough as well. I had to dip into the Imp faction to try and counter this one:
Blizzards Scout 1 54 points AT-ST 44 points Thrawn (Mitth'raw'nuruodo) 32 points Elite AT-AT Driver 12 points Bib Fortuna 8 points
150 total
Also pretty obvious. Thrawn for initiative control, swapping, and of course Opportunist for everyone. BS 1 combines fire with the Elite AT-AT Driver for a potential 120 damage (100 if both crab armor saves succeed). Then the AT-ST can attack for 80 damage (60 if both crab armor saves succeed), or 100 damage (80 if both crab armor saves succeed). Both attacks could take out a YVJH, or together cripple Tsavong for the next round. Bib can sneak in and get one attack (40 damage because of Poison +20 and both Cunning and Opportunist, 30 if VCA save succeeds) and then be killed next turn. With the AT-ST and BS 1 having Moblie Attack and Charging Fire, they can stay a healthy distance from the Vong while picking them off.
I think that is a pretty effective counter-Vong squad in general, but it shouldn't be too hard to counter. What do you think?

youre going to laugh at this:
10 Wookiee Freedom Fighters 140 points R2-D2 with Extended Sensor 9 points
The wookiees have demolish, which means they ignore DR, so they all use charging assault and charge the AT-STs, and hit them for 30 damage an attack

Lol, fuzz, I did laugh. Funnier still because it would actually work.
Here's my counter:
Exar Kun 84 points 4 Rakghouls 64 points
Again, pretty obvious. Exar is practicly invincible against the Wooks, and the Rakghouls with Triple/Ambush/Rakghoul Disease/Momentum (from Exar) can kill the Wooks in one shot before they activate, bringing more Rakghouls to the frenzy.

I'm gonna do another swarm:
11 Kel Dor Bounty Hunters 143 points Aqualish Assassin 7 points
;D The kel dors have enough attack to actually hit exar most of the time, and self-destruct 40 will do a lot against all-melee exar; exar can only kill a few of them before he blows himself up

Ingenious, fuzz. I'm gonna try and counter a swarm with a swarm:
Darth Vader, Legacy of the Force 71 points Imperial Security Officer 20 points 11 Stormtroopers 55 points Mouse Droid 3 points
149 total
Vader, with Dark Armor and high defense, can stand up to the kel dors' high attack but low damage, while turning those attacks back on them at range with Reflect, or using Grip. The security officer forces the kel dors and aqualish to lose Stealth, while the Stormies fire on them (and combining fire a lot to actually hit) with two attacks (Vader, LotF/Mouse Droid) until they go down. If any are left after the Stormies and security officer go down, then Vader can mop them up with FPs or melee if he really has to.

heh, finally someone besides me and bountyhunter I've been patient, but I'm finally gonna bring out the Mandos. Lets see how long i can go without using anything non-Mando. Canderous Ordo 48 points Mandalorian Captain 23 points 4 Mandalorian Scouts 76 points Mouse Droid 3 points 150 total Simple. Lots and lots of firepower. Ordo has 6 30-damage shots, and the scouts each have 4 shots, most of the time at 20 damage each. Canderous Ordo can get killed pretty quickly with revan and fett attacking him, but with the captain, ordo can also kill revan in one turn with the scouts helping him. Once revan goes down, it doesn't matter if ordo does. The Scouts' cloaked makes it difficult for fett to get shots at them, and they have so much firepower they should be able to kill him pretty quickly even with fett's evade. And the mouse droid can help the captain stay safe from fett's accurate shot.

Alright, beat this Fuzz Luke Skywalker, Rebel Commando 27 Rebel Commando Strike Leader 18 Crix Madine 16 ERC x3 48 Rieekan 14 Dodanna 9 Verpine Tech 12 Uggie x2 6 150 total K, here goes. All front line units have SS, so the Scouts can't get them. Luke can run melee interference or take out some Scouts himself (Rieekan, although usually kept hidden does have Recon to help assure init) with Cunning +20. The ERC's will viciously eliminate, or at the very least stun, anyone foolish enough to be in LOS *cough*Canderous*cough*. The Verpine, though not usually used, gives the ERC's Jolt, a very useful ability when used in combination with Cunning +20. Dodonna will assure that I out activate you, preventing the Scouts from getting Opportunist.

easy, actually. I hope you realize you didn't actually have Cunning +20...there was no Crix Madine in that squad. ;D
2 Basilisk War Droids 102 points 2 Mandalorian Supercommandos 46 points
148 total
Super Stealth and Evade are both useless when the attacker is right on top of you. The two basilisks together can kill a good portion of your team in one round. The supercommandos are there just to fill in the rest of the points and provide extra firepower where possible.

Woops! One of those ERC's is supposed to be Madine. So...with the Recon from Rieekan, I would be able to win init and pound your Basilisks into smoldering piles of metal. Mwahahaha!

Okay let's see if you your counter to this:
Darth Malak, Dark Lord of the Sith 49 points Dash Rendar, Renegade Smuggler 28 points Jarael 23 points Twi'lek Black Sun Vigo 18 points Darth Sidious Hologram 11 points Wicket 8 points 2 Mouse Droids 6 points 2 Ugnaught Demolitionists 6 points
149 total
Malak gives out the awesome +4 attack to Dash/Jarael, the Twi'lek Black Sun Vigo gives Jarael Greater Mobile. Dash and Jarael do the heavy lifting while Malak uses Force Stun to activate targets for Dash and doing some meleeing on the side if necessary. HoloSid provides extra Force to Dash, Jarael, TBSV, etc, etc. for rerolls and to move faster. Wicket gives out a defense penalty while the mice extend the CE range of HoloSid and TBSV, and the Uggies are filler.

--RebelGrip150-- 36 Yoda of Dagobah 28 Luke Skywalker, Hoth Pilot Unleashed 27 Lobot 14 General Rieekan 14 Princess Leia of Cloud City 9 General Dodonna 9 R2-D2 with Extended Sensor 8 Obi-Wan Kenobi, Jedi Spirit 5 C-3PO, Ewok Deity
Lobot: 17 T3-M4 3 Ugnaught Demolitionist (150pts. 11 activations)
Yoda of Dago gives C-3 Force 1 and, since C-3 can't use Yoda's FPs, gets haunted by Obi-Ghost. C-3 can reroll failed Evades and spend a FP to move two squares. Yoda of Dago gives Luke HP more FPs so he can Push almost every other turn. Leia shuts of Stealth/SS and uses Yoda's FP (if needed) Rieekan does his thing. Dodonna slows down the game. Lobot is DC, brings in T3-M4 and an Ugh, (more DC) and R2 is DC.
4 DCs, Sight 40 DMG almost every turn (can't Evade/Soresu that), shut off Stealth, a moveable Draw Fire/Evade C3 in Chair, and all my guys have Evade/Mobile.
In 200 I ran something like this but with K3 swap and Vaders Apprentice and Gha to Repair C-3 and swap fodder.

Deadly duo:
Mandalore the Ultimate 75 points Mandalore the Indomitable 68 points 2 Ugnaught Demolitionists 6 points
149 total
;D ;D. the Indomitable actually helps The Ultimate by giving him Momentum, which works well with The Ultimate's Charging Fire and Twin Attack. Basically, these guys do a crap-load of damage and are hard to kill, especially the Indomitable who has Evade. The Ultimate's charging fire and the momentum given to him by The Indomitable makes him want to be adjacent, so 3PO isn't going to be much of a problem. your squad actually has very little firepower, in fact Luke is its only real way of doing real damage. Leia can shoot, but only 20 damage, so these two, who are all about firepower can obliterate everything. Door control gets you nothing when you don't have the firepower to take advantage of it.
