Yeah, it is kind of out-of-hand. It's fascinating that the Republic isn't the single most powerful faction with all those pieces.
Yeah, I think we have too. When I make a custom, I usually just think of the synergies it would have with WotC's pieces, however, and there might be some broken combinations that could slip through.
Hmm. Revnius is a good name for a city. It doesn't seem perfect, but it would work.

Yeah, well, a lot of them are useless. Jar Jar, for example...
We're always bound to miss something, but I think we did a pretty good job.
Lol. I'm thinking of "Revius" with a similar pronunciation "Rev-ee-us" or "Renius," with "Rain-ee-us." Or should I just leave it?

Lol. Jar Jar can be really useful if the dice roll in your favour. But he's annoying to play against. I hope you haven't had your MJJ reduced to dust because of Jar Jar.
You could go with two words if you shorten Revnius. Something like Reinus Corpus or something. Though that's not really elegant like Minas Tirith.

If I had a MJJ...
Right. I was thinking three syllables, something that sounded vaguely Roman, and started with "R".

Lol. Well, any character that should be able to take down Jar Jar in a heartbeat in Star Wars can end up killing themselves. I've seen a Jar Jar take a full Triple/Twin from GMLS and survive...and because the GMLS player forgot that the DJSM attacks are optional, he ended up Djem-Soing himself, which led to more, and more, and more. I think the full health GMLS was down to 30 HP by the end of that.
Three syllables...I can't think of many LotR cities with three syllables. The only two that I can think of now are Isengard and Rivendell.

Yeah, I know. Jar Jar is so annoying. He kinda ruined Star Wars.
Lol. I know - I'm making up a new name.

Lol. One of many things that diluted the great story of Star Wars. But it's still the deepest sci-fi universe there is.
Lol. Okay. Do you have any ideas about where you will start with the name?

I think so. Star Trek doesn't come close...
Revnius, maybe. It does need some work, though.

Lol. Not really. Star Wars is unique in how deep it is, because its universe allows for near-limitless possibilities.
Revnius is a good start. All it might need is for you to inject another syllable somewhere. Something along the lines of Revnarius, or something more different, like Revaskelon or Revahkra.

Right, and the base factor is that it's a romantic story. Not just the love, but the other sense of the word comes into play, too. There's a nobility about Star Wars, but it has a gritty realism at the same time. Star Trek can't come close to replicating that.
Revnarius...hmm. Revarius...Revarium...no, that sounds like an element. Geez, this name thing is hard. The other names weren't problematic, but this one is a problem.

That's true. A lot of Star Wars 'makes sense', in that it could be possible, if we had the technology and knowledge. Star Trek is similar, but some of it doesn't make any sense. Like the teleportation things they have on their ships and stuff.
Hmm. What other names did you use? You might be able to subtly combine elements of a few different names with "Rev" to get a good name.

Lol, but neither does hyperdrive. If you think abut it, though, the Force almost makes Star Wars highly classist. I think Star Trek could possibly happen in two hundred years...but as for that teleporter thing, yeah, that's a little out there.
They aren't city names, but character names. I have Luminar, which means "City of the light" but that's supposed to be like an ancient lost city.

That's true, though hyperdrive has some sort of explanation around it. It is way out there though.
Lol. Luminar, almost Luminara (Unduli). Sorry I can't help more with the name ... I was never good with names either.
How long do you think it'll take you to write the book?

Lol, true.
I know. Odd, but there you go.
A few years. I'll have something to do in college. Something free...

Lol. True. Is it going to be one book, like a novel, or a trilogy?
