Although I dont really have any stats for him, he was the one that needed some kind of posting.
Heres a start, fill in the rest
Watto (Fringe) Cost ? HP 30 Def 16 Att 4 Dmg 10
Unique, Melee Attack Flight Force Immunity
Well low hp and flight are totally obvious, and the only reason I was thinking force immunity was because Qui-Gon Jinn was unable to influence him at all. Maybe only immune to force powers that affect being activated. IDK
Thoughts?

Well, for starters, i'm going to have to recommend definitely dropping Force Imunity. He's not that immune. I's also recommend losing some offensive power. Maybe add Droid Mark. Or Disruptive? Maybe an ability similar to the Rodian Trader's Munition/Medical Supplies? Repair Supplies (Replaces Turn. One adjacent ally gains Repair 10 for the rest of the skirmish)

Ooh I like repair supplies, but I think he should have repair too. Maybe immune to force powers that affect being activated? Droid mark sounds good.

Repair supplies is cool, I think that's a good thing for him. I agree that Watto should have Repair (even though it seems he would have his slaves do everything for him), probably, probably at 20. I think he should have a much lower defense - probably 13 at the most - because he's a pretty big target (and isn't that good at flying to evade attacks effectively). Droid Mark would also work, though I don't think it's necessary, and could be dropped if we need to drop something.
As for the immunity to activating FPs thing, we might be able to represent that in a new ability:
Strong-Minded (This character cannot be activated by enemy special abilities or Force powers)
Which would mean that he's immune to Jolt, Paralysis, Force Stun, and Jedi Mind Trick, Sonic Stunner, and Net Gun (am I forgetting anything?). While it may not fit Watto, it would fit other characters (such as Jabba or strong-willed Jedi). Alternatively, we could use the more limiting and suitable version for Watto:
Strong-Minded (This character cannot be activated by enemy Force powers)

I like the second version of stong minded, because well thats what he did and it simply and sweet. So here is the newest rundown...

Looks good. Bear in mind that means he's immune to: -Force Stun -Mind Trick -The stunning Lightnings (assuming he survives somehow, like a Bodyguard) -Sith Sorcery

Are you seriously worried about a tank Sith Lord using Sorcery on him, If I was Naga Sadow I wouldn't be afraid of Watto nor use Sorcery on him, and if Watto can kill Naga, by golly let him. I still think we are safe where we are.

Although I like where you guys are headed with Repair Supplies (can we maybe come up with a better name, though?) and Strong-Minded, I have a somewhat different take on the character.
Watto is a junk dealer. He's a non-combatant, so I don't think he should have an attack and damage rating.
Further, although he has access to alot of mechanical stuff, he's not really a mechanic. He's a salvager. I don't know that he should have Repair--I don't think we ever see him fix anything--any more than the Rodian Trader has Grenades or Heal.
In addition, I was thinking of a special ability along these lines:
Salvager (Whenever a non-Unique Droid ally within 6 squares would be defeated, with a save of 11, it instead immediately returns to play with 10 Hit Points.)
This is a variation of Leia Hoth Commander's CE, and although it would be helpful to any faction, the ones who benefit he most are clearly the Seps.

Hmm...well here are a couple ideas overall. Junk Dealer as a special ability, which could be the ability to give repair 10. I think salvager is good, but can you imagine him on a grievous squad...oh my. I was thinking reducing it from 6 squares to adjacent, because well you need to be next to something to salvage from it. Also strong minded is definately not a good name, but he is definately immune to jedi mind tricks so we should include it or he wont be fun at all.

I was originally thinking that Salvager could require that the droid be adjacent to a character (ANY character) with Repair. Thought that might be too complicated.
I agree that it might be pretty powerful, if it requires Watto to be adjacent, I don't know that it'll ever be used, since he's so easy to kill.

Well he does have flight which is a plus, maybe add droid mark. Salvager as it stands if 6 droids within 6 squares all die, on a 50/50 roll they come back with 10HP, some droids only have 10 HP, so this makes it uber powerful. Thus...IMO, adjacent would be best.

Hmm a 25% chance to bring them back with 10HP, now that I could handle, especially since he doesn't have much else. Definately add droid mark as well, and another special ability to rename Strong-Minded.
