Lol. Well that part might be possible, but I mean surviving the shock to your body of falling that fast and then either stopping or flying in the opposite direction. I don't know exactly how a jet pack works, but me thinks it would take some aweful luck to set the 'power' to just enough to slow yourself down and not send you off in the opposite direction or not slow you down enough.

Or not to turn you into strawberry jelly inside your pressurized suit. It's rather improbable.

Yeah.
You know what else is weird? That an AT-AT can't step on a Snowspeeder (in BF). I tried it, and it just stopped, and then slowly turned and walked around it. Slowed it down a ton, and let me get a demo medal.

I just realized that I hadn't re-organized the set list yet. Just finished.

Lol. That's awesome. You could just build a wall of snowspeeders.

Lol. That would be hilarious. Too bad the AT-ATs would just blow them up. Two other things I find funny about them: a Rebel Vanguard can survive a direct hit from the AT-AT's medium blasters (with the Guardian bonus of course), and ONE Rebel Vanguard has the firepower to single-handedly take down one of the most powerful war machines in SW.

What's strange is that the not-stepping-on-a-snowspeeder thing directly contradicts A-level canon - an AT-AT stepped on Luke's speeder in ESB.
No one ever said the game was balanced. But it's a hell of a lot more balanced than BFI, where Rebel Pilots and Imperial Jet Troopers had weapons that did way too much damage, Rebel Marksmen were far too accurate, and Droidekas were nigh invincible.

Yeah. It's just so weird. Would have been cool.
I do agree on that, though. Jet troopers were amazing. And the shotgun was a beast on BF I. Don't even get me started on the Droidekas...

Lol. I hate those Pilots and Troopers with the fiery passion of a thousand burning suns. They're so unbalanced. They just kill in one shot. The Jet Troopers are really irritating, because you can't really defend against them. You can't kill them in flight, and if they land right next to you, you're screwed.

Yeah. And the Dark Trooper was hard to defend against because of the jump pack. They're much more balanced in BF II, because they die really easily. Same with the jet troopers. But in BF I, they had the best pistol, basically a rocket launcher, and a jet pack. Didn't they have like 4 grenades too? They might have had more firepower than the Heavy Troopers.

Yeah, but the rockets were essentially useless, because they were so slow moving. I like the SBDs because of the blaster rifle and the rocket. But, I really do hate the whole Dark Trooper thing - it's really unbalanced. I'll exterminate Dark Troopers on sight.

Yeah. They were cool if someone jacked your turret, though, because it would kill the droid and not damage the turret a lot, which is another weird thing.

That's true - the rockets never actually damaged the turrets much. The turrets are much harder to destroy in BFI than BFII.

Yeah. In BF I I think it took two rockets from a heavy trooper to take out a turret. In BF II it takes one.

See, that's what I'm talking about.
