Yeah.
Not really, other than yesterday I killed three Gungans in a row with one three-shot burst from the elite rifle. That was cool, but other than that, not really. Oh, and I think I've mastered the Naboo level - I played it 5 times, with only one break on Tatooine, when I was playing Galactic Conquest. Unfortunately, I was the Empire, so I couldn't use Maul to end it quickly, I was stuck with the Emperor...

I hate the Emperor. I think it's hilarious to slaughter Gugans, that's a lot of fun. I sort of hate Theed, it's mildly irritating - because we have to play it over and over in Conquest - it's very strategically important.

The Emperor is really only usable on the Death Star - even then it's a stretch. His jump attack is devastating, but everything else about him sucks. His attacks are concentrated and slow, the lightning should have been more powerful, and choke is situational. Not like I need to point that out. He should have been better than Maul.
Yeah, Naboo is right next to Dagobah, and the AI doesn't know that the only map it has a chance of beating me on is Felucia (probably the worst map in the game), yet they keep trying on the same planet. It pisses me off, but I've gotten really good at sniping the guys in the turrets with the award pistol.
I was wondering: how many Endurance medals do you have?

For sure. Whenever I get to Death Star in Instant Action, I play as Rebels - if the prison tunnels are full, and I can charge down that tunnel with Luke, I can get about 15 kills in half a second with his charge. He's great.
I'm no good at Dagobah - I'll always post a fleet over it so I don't have to fight there. I've never actually lost a battle in Galactic Conquest in BFII - but if I were to, it'd be on Dagobah or Felucia - I really really hate Felucia, and I'll completely skip that level in Rise of the Empire.
I have around 2100 Endurance medals - more Endurance medals than deaths, I might add.

Yeah, I usually play as the bad guys (just seems like more fun), except on certain maps, like the Death Star. Luke's charge is great in that corridor.
I don't like Dagobah and Felucia because you can't see for very far and sniping is out of the question. And your allies can't hold a CP for more than 30 seconds unless you're there, except you have to go capture the others CPs your allies have lost, and it goes on and on until the score's like 5-3. Or so it seems.
I have around that number too (though I have around 3000 deaths, lol). I ask because, on your career stat page thing, does it occasionally display the number like this:
20 58
If you have 2058 medals?
Also, out of curiousity, how many Guardian medals do you have? Like 1200?

Bad guys are more fun. Alternative Star Wars history. They have better heroes, too.
Well, that's true. The mist freaks me out on Dagobah, I really really hate fighting there. Dagobah always makes me get down to like 5-3, but it's never that close on Felucia for me. On Dagobah, they can never, ever hold all the CP's, under any circumstances - the lake is basically a deathtrap, too. If you try to take that CP, you will get killed, and your team will lose.
Yes, it does, and it irritates me. It's very odd. Of course, we just have to get to a narrower number, like 7000, or something. Lol. Unfortunately, it's just a random game mistake.
I don't know my Guardian Medals, but my War Hero medals are around 640. I don't pay much attention to Guardian - I only rarely die before I get War Hero anymore. And I never, ever die before I get Endurance. Lol.

Yeah.
Yeah. I usually win by about 15 on Dagobah, because I completely ignore that CP with the gunship/X-Wing. I just run around the outiside of the map and capture all the CPs I can, and lay mines a lot.
On Felucia, I really suck unless I can play as Aayla. I almost lost in Galactic Conquest as the Imperials because the Rebels had a Garrison thing. It came down to a last-stand between me, a guy in an AT-ST (they alwaysa seem to survive longer), and like 8 Rebels. I almost lost because I stood behind the AT-ST when it was bombared by thermal detonators. But I won.
Yeah, it annoys me too. For 2100 to 2199, it should be fine...then we'll have to wait until we get 1s back in there...
I have like 1000. I had 2996 deaths and 995 Guardians, and I tried to get 1000 G's before 3000 deaths. Unfortunately, I had 999 G's when I got my 3000th death.

See, I never play as the demolitionist under any circumstances, so I don't get to use the mines. They are fun, though. And that CP was what I meant, that's the deathtrap CP.
I just hate how hard it is to get around on Felucia - that, and the visibility. At least there aren't Acklays running around...the AT-ST is essentially the dominant vehicle in that game - it has range, fast long-shot secondary weaponry, and amazing firepower - but it sacrifices speed for that. The Rebel tanks are garbage, though. But Aayla's one of the easier heroes to play with, that's true - her combo attacks are really wide-reaching.
Lol. Right. And it takes an amazingly long time until we get the 1s back, because I only rarely die. It's just dumb. I mean, come on, BFII staff.
Lol. I don't pay attention to that. I did once stay at 1945 deaths for like thirty battles, no joke. I just didn't die. I'm around 2180 now, I think.

I don't usually either (except on Hoth), I just capture a CP, switch to a Demo guy, lay mines around a CP, then switch back to a Soldier. Sure, I have no nades, but I can usually find ammo packs or droids around. Yeah, I've only captured that CE once without dying at least once because I was on a huge roll with the award pistol. I had like 7 head shots in a row, and I turned and shot before the AI could even shoot at me. Unfortunately, I am not consistently that good Yeah, the AT-ST is powerful. I like to sit in a corner of the map (on Endor usually) and just continually luach guided rockets. Of course, if I had the award rocket laucher, I could just park by an ammo droid and do the same thing... Yeah, Aayla is probably the second-best hero in the game, after Maul. They are very similar, but Maul gets the edge because his attacks are faster. Yeah. Maybe they never expected anyone to get that high...idk. Wow. That is epic. The only way I could do that would be to either hide in a corner all the time or play Tatooine hunt as the Tuskens all the time. Lol.

Lol. If you run out of ammo, kill someone.
Lol. I am that good with the pistol - I'll get about 1.5 awards of Frenzy for my Gunslinger. I rarely die, so when I need to reload, I'll just blast away with my pistol, and it works most of the time.
Guided Launcher? Huh? Oh, got it, the secondary gunner position. Yeah, that's fun. I do have the award rocket launcher, and it's super fun - you can kill a hero from the other side of the map, or blow up a vehicle.
Yeah. But, why can't she block with the other saber while she's throwing her first one?
I don't think that's it. That's not really plausible. They wouldn't build a game engine with built in redundancies.
It was amazing. It was mostly because I would hop into a vehicle, and since I'm a Legendary technician, my vehicles heal automatically, no matter what class I am. It's fun.

Lol. Yeah. Too bd you can't hit guys with your gun or something...that would be interesting (especially with a rocket launcher).
Yeah, it's super good. It sucks with Jango, though, because the bonus from War Hero doesn't come into play, so you can't, say, kill a Heavy Trooper with a head shot. Stupid.
Yeah. I have like 38 of those medals, and I want to get them to Legendary bad, so I can just sit there and kill everyone with that thing.
I never understood that either...it would be cool if she could throw both of her lightsabers at the same time.
Yeah. But they built a game by being lazy. I don't like how they copied some of the maps. I mean, classic maps are fine, but other than Hoth, which I really like with the new Snowspeeder, I could just play BF I for them. I mean, couldn't they have copied one of the Rhen Var or Cloud City maps instead of Mos Eisley?
Yeah, I recently became a Legendary Technician too. That's a powerful bonus if you're in an AT-AT - you're almost unstoppable (except for Snowspeeders...).

Haha. Melee attacks, anyone?
True, true. That's the one thing about heroes - they don't get medals, that's a very strange side of the game. Though, I suppose they don't exactly need a damage boost.
It's not as good as you think - you only get like 4 shots anyway, and you have to (obviously) leave the character screen behind, so go somewhere secluded - with an ammo droid.
Lol. That'd be brutal.
Mos Eisely was, to be fair, one of the better levels of the original. But Jabba's Palace sucks. And I'd much rather have Mos Eisely than Jabba's Palace. But, Rhen Var, Citadel and Bespin, Cloud City were the two best maps. And Naboo, Plains - why they picked Theed over that one is beyond me.
I know. Just nail em as they come out on their attack runs. Stupid pilots who run a straight attack run against an enemy AT-AT...

Yeah. It's too bad some of them suck. Jango is probably the worst hero, followed by the Emperor.
I have only used it on Hoth so far, and it is very good on that level. Fly a snowspeeder over, land, take out both AT-ATs with crit hits and mines, take the CP. Then just sit by the ammo droid there and bombard the enemy CP across the way. Only problem is when the AT-ATs spawn back in...
Mos Eisley was a very cool map...but I don't see any reason to recycle it. Leave it with BF I. I can see having to repeat the base levels for Galactic Conquest, but I mean, Rhen Var and Bespin would be sick. And then some of the new maps just suck, like Jabba's Palace and Felucia.
LOL. Yeah, it's fun shooting them down.

No, I'd say Chewbacca is the worst, followed by Boba, then Jango, then Leia, then the Emperor. My personal favorites are Anakin, Luke, Obi-Wan, Maul, Han, in that order. Jango is decent from long range - but Chewbacca (who only appears on Rebel Kashyyyk, I think) is the worst hero by far.
Lol. Yep. Then you're screwed.
I know, but then, not every map is going to be well received. To be fair, all the maps in BFII are balanced - as compared to some on BFI, like Naboo Plains and Bespin Platforms which are very difficult to win as the bad guys. And honestly, if you get a competent pilot in the AT-AT, Rhen Var, Harbor becomes a slaughter, if the snowtroopers hold the ice caves long enough.
It's like the "arcade game" of nailing taun-tauns as they run across that field. Hoth is the biggest map, isn't it? You really need a vehicle to get around, it isn't practical to try to run everywhere.
