Shadow EVO? Scary much?

The Hazard Trooper is interesting, but I wouldn't give him both Dark Armor and LR.

Lol. Shadow EVO. What's the point of that? I'm a big trooper guy who works in harsh enviroments where nobody else can survive, and I am stealthy. OOOOOOO! Fear me! Lol. It would could be quite deadly. At least it doesn't have Twin, like a lot of other characters.

The Hazard has both DA and LR because their armor was somewhat resistant to lightsabers. And I want to really influence the armor here...hence Speed 2. I think they were faster than Gonk Droids, but it's either that or Heavy Weapon...

Omg. I'm getting sick of Twin on non-Uniques...it's just...remember RS, when to get an extra attack on your Jedi Master was like Christmas coming early? Now, people (us included) complain if Anakin doesn't have Triple Attack. Power creep. Ugh.

Lol. And Heavy Weapon automatically makes the character suck. The end.

Yeah, almost all of the Jedi Council Members have a single attack, which, in todays game (if you're a combat piece), doesn't cut it unless you can deal 40+ damage on that attack. The power creep is quite big. When the game started, Double Attack was a relatively rare SA. Now, even low level Padawans (Zayne) have DA.

I really don't understand the concept behind Heavy Weapon. I mean, it makes sense, but it makes a piece pretty much unplayable: even an average player will pick off that guy with the big gun before they get shot. It fits on only one playable piece, IMO: the T1 Bulk Loader.

On the Shadow EVO: I am having second thoughts, and I think he may be too powerful. Just give him Triple with Vader, Oppo from Thrawn, Accurate from Veers, Deadeye from the Rodian Hunt Master...then again, Storm Commandos are probably more effective if you throw in Nyna and a Czerka. What do you think?

On the Hazard, does he look good? He is extremely slow, but once you get one in position it can do some damage and take a ton.

Well, you can lower the base stats on the EVO, if you want.

The Hazard looks pretty interesting. He'll be costed higher, though, if you don't want to drop SAs.

Okay, how about I make these changes:

Drop EVO's def by 1, atk by 2

Drop Hazard's def and atk by a point each

That look good. I have found it hard to give these two a cost. Where do you think they would be costed with these changes?

The EVO Trooper is comparable to the Genoharadan Assassin.

Hazard Trooper should be 24, or something.

24 seems good for the Hazard.

Who are the other two characters? Some Dynamic Duo team?

The other two are two Reborns from Jedi Knight: Jedi Acadamy or some other game. They would fight together, and only use the Force (not lightsabers) to attack.

Aren't they completely identical, aside from the base stats?

I have an ability called Force Assault, so you might want to rename that.
