No. Duelist is against adjacent enemies with a Force Rating.
What should Expert Tactician be renamed now? Tactical something or other.

No, not Lightsaber Duelist, just plain-and-simple Duelist. I believe it is around here somewhere.
I don't know what Expert Tactician could be renamed to. Maybe Tactical Prowess, or Battle Tactics or something.

I found Duelist in the Fringe database. Here it is:
Duelist: (+4 defense when being attacked by adjacent enemies)
I believe it is identical to the upgraded Sith Armor. Would this work better (or just normal Sith Armor?)

I like the name Battle Tactics, sounds very Star Warsy.

I like Battle Tactics as well. Will that name work, Jm?
What would you rather have, Jm, Sith Armor (the original) or Duelist. Giving him Duelist might up the cost a few points though.

Darth Revan, Dark Lord Cost: 72 Hit Points: 140 Defense: 23 Attack: +15 Damage: 20
Special Abilities: Unique Melee Attack Triple Attack: (This character may make up to three attacks if he doesn't move this turn) Sith Armor: (+2 defense against adjacent enemies) Battle Tactics: (When you activate this character, you may activate an extra character this phase)
Force Powers: Force 3 Force Renewal 1: (This character gains Force 1 every time he activates) Master of the Force 2: (This character may spend Force Points up to two times per round) Lightsaber Riposte: (Force 1: When hit by a melee attack, this character can make an immediate attack against that character) Force Inspiration: (Force 4: Replaces attacks; all allied characters within 6 squares gain +2 Attack and +10 Damage on their next attack, and +2 Defense until the end of the round) Lightsaber Assault: (Force 1: replaces attacks; Make 2 attacks) Lightsaber Block: (Force 1: When hit by a melee attack, this character takes no damage with a save of 11.) Lightning Storm 40: (Force 4: replaces attacks; range 6; 40 Damage to target and all characters within 3 squares of the target, save 11 for 20 Damage.)
Commander Effect: Allied characters within 6 squares gain Speed 8.

Battle Tactics it is. Very cool.
Okay, let's think about Sith Armor. Perhaps (+4 Defense from adjacent attacks, and whenever the character takes damage, reduce the damage by 10)? It's prototypical to the game; Revan's Armor granted Regeneration on the Star Forge.
The CE feels a little heavy handed in terms of wording, too. Anyone have any improvements?

I also want this in there somewhere; should this be the CE, or Battle Tactics, or another ability entirely?
)When you activate this character, you may activate an extra character this phase.)

I think that having Sith Armor provide the bonuses of Duelist AND improved Damage Reduction 10 is way too much. It sounds like you want to keep it, so I would suggest just the second part.
For the CE, how about allies within 6 squares gain Speed 8?

As for your second comment, I think that if you want to have that ability should replace Battle Tactics, otherwise he would have a lot of control over activations.

Okay. Allies within 6 squares gain Speed 8.
And, maybe we just give Revan +6 Against adjacent attacks, or even just Dark Armor.

I think that +6 against adjacent attacks combined with a defense of 23 is way too much. Dark Armor would be better, IMO.

Yeah, I suppose. And +2 Defense is just too small a benefit?

I don't think so. With 23 Defense, a +2 bonus against ALL adjacents is actually useful. It may be a small bonus, but the fact that it applies to all adjacents is quite useful and makes Revan even better in melee. I am fine with whatever you want to go with, though.

Okay.
And an update. Is Force Inspiration too powerful?

Force inspiration is similar to Force Valor. I would suggest changing it to all allies within 6 squares, or make it replace turn. Otherwise it's probably too powerful.
