Cool custom. I suggest a rewording:

Deadly Sight (Force 2, replaces attacks; sight: 20 Damage to three enemy characters on same line of sight from this character)

This specifies same LOS which is a bit more realistic and balanced.

I agree, I like saber1's Deadly Sight. Other than that, I think this character looks good, but we need a cost. Thoughts?
