It's a pretty standard design for a normal character, so it works well. One thing I would suggest would be to lower Mines 20 to Mines 10 (and lower the cost accordingly). A 10 HP character with no attack or damage rating, defensive or support abilities, and who relies on enemies getting close to deal only small amounts of damage isn't really worth 12 points, IMO. (I do think you costed him accurately, I just don't think he'd be worth his cost.) Also, this character wouldn't benefit from your Tyber's CE very much. The defense bonus is great, but he'll still be killed in one shot by most characters.
