The Living Force
"The ways of the Living Force are beyond our understanding... But fear not. You are in the hands of something much greater and much better than you can imagine."
-Qui-Gon Jinn
The Living Force, my fifth custom set, is focused around the Jedi and some of the main practioners of the Light side of the Force from the time of the Old Republic up into the New Republic. BH, sorry I've been away. I've been ill; I'll take a closer look at your set when I have some more time - it deserves more time than I can give right now. I'll have some more spare time over Christmas, but right now I have a lot to catch up on.

That's okay, I understand. You feeling better now?

Yeah, finally. I think I had that swine flu - I was out of school for a week, then I had to scramble to catch up before Christmas.
Geez. You guys have gotten a lot done on TLT2. That's an interesting set.

Oh yeah, I know it was bad for me, but I can't imagine what it would be like for you to miss a week. You all caught up now? I still haven't recovered in some of my classes...
Yeah, it's turning out to be very, very good. As I'm sure you've noticed, gwek and I have had some pretty heated arguments, but in the end it just makes the pieces better.

Lol. Eh. I got a 50% on a math test right before Christmas. But, yeah, I'm mostly recovered now.
Well, it brought Gwek back to the boards. You have an excellent understanding of the meta itself, which makes you a good counterpoint to Gwek, who also has a good understanding of it.

That's good that you've caught up. Hopefully you can bring that math mark back up after Christmas.
Yeah. We've had some pretty epic posts and arguments on things that drag on for pages and pages (see Cassus Fett, Lord Hoth, and Darth Zannah).

Lol. I'm sure I will. Not that it matters; I've been accepted into college with honors, but it'd be nice to get it up.
I waded through Zannah. I still have to catch up on some of them, but there appear to be some good pieces in the making.

Which college are you going to?
Yeah, some of the threads grow like crazy. But, it brought Gwek and RS back to the site, as well as some new members, which is always good.

The University of St. Thomas - it's a little college in MN, but it's the fourth best engineering school in the country. I got enough scholarships that they're paying for more than 50% of my tuition.
Yeah, I was pretty much floored to see RS back. Gwek floats in from time to time, but I was under the impression that the other JCMs quit the site.

You're going for engineering?
Yeah, they've helped a lot. For a while there, when you were, sick, saber1, DarthChaos, and myself were the only posting members. Then this TLT2 came up, and we've got 2 new members and 2 old members. We should do more of these projects.

Yep. I hate Math, but that means I'm good at it - so I don't have to do it twice. Also, they call it work for a reason...
Lol. One of these projects nearly killed the site. But this one seems to be going well. Just don't promise anyone money or prizes.

Yeah. It's no fun when you can't complain about your job or schoolwork.
That's true.

Lol. And they don't pay you for having fun.
Lol.

Lol. Unfortunately. The world would be boring if everything was fun. Some important person probably said that once.
