Yep. I laugh whenever someone says "It's about time the NR got some attention". Quite funny. I honestly hope they get one or two figs at most in upcoming sets. I hate NR. Just because almost everybody else loves them. I'll take great pleasure in every Gen Wedge, Leia Skywalker, and KK, Combat Instructor I mercilessly slay with my Darth Bane. Lol.

Hmm. The only ones I can think of would be the Imperial Remnant and the Warlords during that time. Ysanne Isard or something was pretty major too, I think. Hmm. I kind of get an idea of what you're thinking, but I don't know if anyone hated them that much...other than reborn Palps, of course. I could get back to you, I would have to find my New Essential Chronology book, and see what it has to say.

Yeah, it's a cool concept. You could give him something like Deterioration where he loses 10 HP each time he activates, and then something like Transfer Essence.

Lol. And give him Cleave, Twin Attack, Overwhelming Force, and Master Speed. And New Republic Hatred (+4 attack and +10 damage against New Republic enemies). That would be something. I'll get right on it. What should we call him? Emperor Palpatine, Enemy of the New Republic?
