Darth Krayt, Champion of the Sith
Cost: 70 HP: 130 Defense: 21 Attack: +14 Damage: 20
Special Abilities: Unique Melee Attack Triple Attack Deceptive Vonduun Crab Armor 6
Force Powers: Force 2 Force Renewal 1 Force Lightning 4 Lightsaber Riposte Lightsaber Assault
***Design Notes*** A very combat-oriented Krayt. It has identical stats to WotC's Krayt, but a wider array of SA's and Force powers, as well as no CE. For the cost I'm thinking about high 60s. Any suggestions?

I think he needs a damage booster. IMO, 60 damage is pretty sad for a 70 pt figure, especially one that is combat oriented.

Good point, RS. I definitely agree. What would you suggest? Sith Rage? Cunning Attack/Opportunist (or Advantageous/Deceptive if that would be too much)? Which do you think would work best?
And thanks for commenting, this faction (sub-faction, I guess) doesn't seem to get much attention.

EDIT: Added in Vicious Attack to solve damage problems.

That's a lot of SAs. He might need to be streamlined.

Good point. He has 7 SAs (if you include Unique and Melee Attack), but he has several Force powers as well. Hmm. I'll make some changes.

Dropped Flurry and Repulse 2 and upped the Lightning to 4.

Looks pretty good. Deceptive would be appropriate as he is a Sith. ;D Also, have you thought of a limitation to reflect the struggle against his own body and armor? Below is an example of such a limitation I developed for the Darth Bane you've been helping me with.
Orbalisk Rage (If this character takes more than 10 damage in a turn, make a save of 11. On a failure, this character gains Savage, Deadly Attack and +10 Damage until the end of his next turn)
Its just an idea. Either way, good job with Krayt.

Thanks. For some reason, I want to get Deceptive on him, but I don't really want to drop anything to make it fit. I might drop Deadly (as WotC's Krayt has that) for Deceptive. I'll do that now.
I've never read any of the Legacy comics, so everything I know about Krayt is off the Wook. I do remember something about that happening to him. I don't think it was the same as Bane, though I like that kind of angle. Maybe something like this:
Consuming Armor (probably need a better name, I'm not sure how to describe it...): (Whenever this character fails a Vonduun Crab Armor save, he takes 10 damage)

You could get to the same destination from a different angle. Why not have the save at the beginning of each of his turns while he has less than half HP remaining?
Consuming Armor (Make a save 11 at the beginning of this character's turn if he has less than half Hit Points remaining. On a failed save, this character gains Savage and Vicious Attack until the end of round.)
Or something to that effect. With Deceptive, he looks like a very solid character. Not a mini you want charging towards you!

That's much better. I wasn't sure how his armor would work, but that makes a lot more sense than my own version. I'll add something like that.
