I don't know much about this character, but it looks good. Why Sonic Stunner, though? It might use it, but Wookieepedia wasn't much help.

Their scream was so powerful it could stun its foes, or at least incapacitate them for a brief period, usually long enough to come in and kill thir prey.

Oh OK I see now. I don't see anything wrong with it right now.

I think a -1 to Voxyn wont be that useful, maybe a Super Rapport like BS 1. A CE that Voxyn are subject to might also be useful, maybe granting Synenergy or Twin, etc.

Say I do increase the Rapport, I assume it would raise the cost?

perhaps. How much would BS1 be worth if it didnt have its super rapport?
Go off that model, and it should let you know the additional cost increase or decrease.

Looking at it now, it may go up a couple of points (for a -5 Rapport). Also, there is a Voxyn Queen in the database, so we could look at that for help with the cost (althought they seem to be really different).
Here's a random thought: instead of a super-rapport, you could give it something like this:
Summon Voxyn (if you roll a natural 20 for initiative, you may immdeiately add 1 Voxyn to your squad adjacent to this character)
It's just a thought, as it might be too powerful/wouldn't happen enough to be too useful. Could change the intiative roll for it to take effect more often.
A cost of about 52 would probably be good with a -5 Rapport, though.

I'll just stick with Rapport. And a cost of 52.

Okay, so with that solved, I think it would look good. Can we see an updated version?

I think it looks good. It does have a lot of abilities though. Perhaps you could drop Stealth? The normal Voxyn may have been stealthy hunters, but wasn't the queen a lot bigger?

Yeah, I don't know. I've never actually read the book they're from. But I'm glad to remove something, I was beginning to feel it's a bit cluttered.

Yeah, I haven't either, and I don't know much about the Voxyn, so I think someone else would be better here, to suggest something to remove (if we want to remove something).

I've read Star by Star, and from what they were like in the book, I would probably do something like
Voxyn Queen Cost: 60 HP: 140 Def: 18 Atk: +11 Dmg: 30
Special Abilities Melee Attack Jedi Hunter +20 Paralysis Sonic Wave 11 (Replaces attacks; living enemies within 6 squares are considered activated this round, save 11) Bestial (Not subject to commander effects; counts as a character with Savage) Cleave Spit Acid 30 (Replaces attacks: range 6; 30 damage to target enemy) Rapport (Voxyn -5) Protective +10 (Voxyn)
I know it's undercosted, but this is just a test for the abilities. The Voxyn Queen has an improved JH from the normal Voxyn (who I assume would have normal JH) and Protective for them. Sonic Wave is basically Sith Sorcerery which replaces attacks, so instead of something like a blast of sonic energy (Sonic stunner) it's more of a shockwave.
