If anything, I would change his title to just "Master (or Champion) of the Force" since it's already a theme reocurring in several characters
Force Light seems a little strange. It's almost like suped up Dark Force Spirit and doesn't seems to fit him.
To be honest, I thought recovery 20 was an almost useless ability. We could replace it with a Force Heal # or Master Force Heal (essentially for every FP you spend, remove 20 damage from an adjacent character or yourself)
Also, when is this Jacen supposed to be? After his capture from the Vong, or before? (that's actually quite critical for the canon-ness of Greater Empathy)

Force Light came from:
When fighting with the true Supreme Overlord Onimi, Jacen drew upon the Unifying Force to destroy him using the Force alone in order to save his sister Jaina by achieving perfect balance between the light and dark sides. The result was possibly the most powerful use of Force Light ever known, a manifestation that surpassed the usage even by the legendary Jedi Masters Nomi Sunrider and Thon. This caused Jacen to physically age by five years and made him realize this state could never again be attained.
This is also where I would place this piece on the time line^^
Greater empathy from: After being captured by the Yuuzhan Vong, he became associated with Vergere, who molded many of his ways of thinking. Jacen had always been an empathetic person, forming close bonds with Humans and animals alike; as a child he developed an affinity and sensitivity toward nature and the Living Force. However, this bond with living beings diminished severely following his travels amongst other Force users. By 40 ABY, Jacen's empathy to others had become largely nonexistent, a trait later evidenced by his remorseless torture and killing of suspected terrorists.
Force Light is described this way: Force Light was an immense light-side Force power used by Jedi. When used against a darksider, Force Light would weaken the darksider's connection to the Force. With the light of the Force, a Jedi could either purge or contain dark side manifestations or nexus points, whether in places, spirits, or even living persons, though sometimes to detrimental effect. By channeling the Force into withering blasts of light-side energy, the darkness can then be diminished or destroyed permanently. Force light could also be used to sever the bond between a Sith Battlelord and his or her followers.

Ok. If this is when he is fighting Onimi (the more important thing is that it is after he was captured) then he shouldn't have Greater Empathy. According to a couple books I've been reading, Jacen lost his love for animals after the voxyn hunt.
As for Force Light, I think it needs to be a bit stronger. He has to use his whole turn, use 4 force points, and expose his fragile 100 HP to enemy fire to use it. I think it should either affect all enemies within 6 (all enemies within 6 squares lose 1 force every time they activate) and also damage them. Or, lower the force cost and make it replace attacks

As described, isn't Force Light almost a variation of Unleash the Force, or sort of the "inverse" of Corruption? I see what you're going for, but I'm not loving it (not hating it either, just thinking about it some more...). I agree with RS that maybe Force Recovery isn't the strongest addition to this piece. Force Heal might be more versatile, or if you want him to be able to protect himself, maybe "upgrade" LS Block to LS Defense (confirmed on the new Luke). Other than those quibbles, I think he looks pretty good... although Twin Attack always makes me nervous.

I put recovery on him because Wookieepedia talks about his ability to rearrange the molecules in his body and I just can't see Jacen as a healer.
I really like the Force Light ability, so you will probably have to come up with something very persuasive or get some other back you up for me to remove it or change it much
Twin make me nervous, but so would Jacen

Twin isn't that big of a deal anymore. While I'll agree that Force Light is strange, it's an interesting - and accurate - representation of the described FP.

Twin's fine, it's that and LS Assault that makes it scary. But he's only got a +10 attack, and no way to boost his damage. Force Light is strange, and situational, but it's pretty interesting. I like it.
