Another custom from my next custom set. Enjoy.
Admiral Gar Stazi Cost: 19 Faction: New Republic Hit Points: 40 Defense: 16 Attack: 6 Damage: 10
Special Abilities Cunning +20 (+4 Attack and +20 Damage against an enemy who has not activated this round) Mobile Attack (Can move both before and after attacking) Strategic Withdrawal (Allied Pilots and non-Unique characters that begin their move adjacent to an enemy may move away from that enemy without provoking an Attack of Opportunity)
Commander Effect Allied Pilot and non-Unique characters gain Squad Cover.

Hmm I don't know. He doesn't have a lot of uses, other than Strategic Withdrawl. The CE is very specific. Hmm. Maybe Cunning and Squad Cover to non-Uniques and Pilots, instead of just Squad Cover to Pilots? Or even Squad Cover to non-Us would be very helpful.

Okay, sounds good. You plan on giving him the CE that gives Squad Cover to non-Uniques (and Pilots)? That would be very good, and create some good synergy with Strategic Withdrawl. I like where he's headed.

I'm considering the addition of Mobile to make him a viable "fightin' commander". Mobile out, Cunning +20, Twin from Czerka, Mobile back. Not too shabby, eh?

Bumped cost up to 19 and added Mobile Attack. Unless there are objections, I think this one is in the can.
