Once a famous Jedi Master, Darth Desolous fell to the Dark Side and lead an army Pau'ans against the Jedi, resulting in the deaths of thousands.

We already have a Darth Desolous, so a name change is necessary there. Other than that, he looks really good, similar in some ways to my own. I like the commander effect. I would say the cost is in the 40s.
