Medical Cart New Republic Cost: 20
HP: 60 Defense: 15 Attack: +0 Damage: 0
Special Abilities: Flight Medical attention (This character can transport one small or medium ally that ends its move adjacent to it. Remove that ally from the battle grid; it cannot activate and moves simultaneously with this character as though it had Flight, has cover, and is adjacent to it. When this character activates, that ally gains 20 Hit Points. A transported ally can return to the battle grid immediately after your last activation of the round. If this character is defeated, the transported ally must make a save. If the save is 12 or less, it takes damage equal to half its current Hit Points. If the save is 6 or less, the character is defeated.)

Interesting idea. Is this from a specific book?

not necissarily. When I was reading the Legacy novels, in one of them one is getting used or hijacked or something (can't really remember). But I do remember thinking that this could be cool and just made it for the faction (that I play with) that needed Heal.

I think it looks okay, but I'm going to reserve the thumbs up until other folk comment (in case there's something I'm missing).
Edit: the save should be 11, not 12. Also note that in the Rebel Troop Cart and the Skiff, if you're a passenger when the vehicle is destroyed, you're defeated or you're not. No different grades; nice, simple, and straightforward. I'd suggest that here, too.

I don't know what specific cart this is, but putting a stronger ally in it to gain its healing bonus would be very risky. With no Damage Reduction or improved speed, this thing could be taken down quickly, especially at 60 HP and 15 Defense. You would want to be spending 20 points that could either stand up for itself or be a good supporting character. The enemy might keep it alive for a bit, but once a character "gets in it" it would likely be shot down quickly, taking out the cart and potentially killing its occupant, thus killing two birds with one stone.
I would suggest DR 10, improved Speed, or both. Even with Flight it would be risky.
What do you think? Nice job though, this is a really good idea, and I like it other than the fact that it's too killable.

I think this should be Fringe. The other factions should have access to this, too.

Yeah, as a generic medical cart it should probably be Fringe.
