I am surprised that no one took a crack at this guy. If you haven't watched the CW cartoon, I highly recommend you do. The CW cartoon introduced us to Cad Bane, a bounty hunter who dominated the underground after the death of Jango. I will admit I love the scum and villains of Star Wars the most, but Cad Bane is a whole new level of scum and villainy. Also, Cad Bane is based off the character Angel Eyes from the classic movie The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly; So he is a bad ass cow boy, nothing gets much better than that in Star Wars. More Info Here. This guy deserves a figure, but I need help with it. I think I laid out the frame work for him, but I want him to have something that sets him apart. Think mini-Boba, BH but with a CE or something that sets him apart from the other BHs. Cad Bane, Bounty Hunter[[[FRINGE]]] Cost: ?? HP: 110 Def: 19 Atk: 11 DMG: 20 SA's Unique Accurate Shot Bounty Hunter +6 Twin Attack Jolt Opportunist Mobile Attack CE: Allies score critical hits on attack rolls of natural 19 or 20. Allies within 6 squares gain Opportunist. ~Zuty

No one has posted a response and hardly anyone has looked at this, so I did the best I could and just need a cost for him now.
His CE reflects how well he coordinated his thugs (most of them scoring critical hits) and how Cad and his gang laid back and waited for the right opportunity to strike. (with devastating results, may I add)

Nice job, Zuty. I think the base stats and abilities are okay, but his attack should probably be dropped a point or two with Bounty Hunter +6.
The CE, though, may need some work. You said that he coordinated his "thugs". So the CE shouldn't effect allies, but non-unique followers (Fringe followers, if you want to get more specific and more like Cad). I would change the CE to something like this:
Non-unique Fringe followers within 6 squares gain Deadly Attack and Opportunist.
What do you think?

In the episode of CWs he leads a few 'red shirts' but he also leads Aurra Sing. So I could do Followers, but not non-unique.
So I will make it Fringe followers.
While he does have BH +6, against non-uniques he is gimped if I dropped him down lower then 11. He easily takes out both non-name guards and senators, so I think he should have a high BH number as well as a high base attack score.

While he may also lead Aurra, the CE would be VERY powerful, if it effects Fringe followers. First of all, he along with his "gang" of followers could join ANY other faction, and thus benifit from some of their CEs. Second, there are a number of pieces that would be even more powerful with Opportunist: Boba Fett, BH (and the other Boba's), Nym, Maris Brood, Cade Skywalker, BH, just to name a few. Thus his CE, at this power level, cannot effect Fringe followers. Non-unique would be okay, still powerful, as I believe you intend, but not broken.
If you really want to represent him leading Aurra, you could give him a SA that would give her a SA.
Also, what I mean (on the attack), he has +11, BH+6, AND Opportunist. Although it is quite situational, he could get a +21 attack, which is way too much for a character, especially without any potential CEs effecting him and is especially powerful because he is a shooter.
There are a few things that can be done: you can bring BH+6 down to BH+4; you can drop the attack by 2, or drop Opportunist. I didn't think you would want him to lose Opportunist, because he gives it out in a CE, and because he is such a great BH then it may be better that he has BH+6 (although it is important to note that only two bounty hunters, upgraded versions of Boba Fett and IG-88, have BH+6), so I thought that the best and easiest option would be for him to have a base attack of +9.

Zuty? Anyone else have any comments on this Cad, now that we got one from Wizards in GaW?
