Maybe (Replaces turn [or attack(s)]; range 12, this character may immediately move to any occupiable square, this move does not provoke AoO's)

Sorry, haven't been to the Fringe for a while... I think that looks okay. I'm inclined to say "replaces turn"; otherwise, the SG can warp in, and THEN move another 6 squares.

I agree with gwek, I think it should replace turn. They didn't really move for a couple seconds after coming out of the garbage

The "coming out of the garbage" comment just gave me a thought: maybe it should be limited to moving to a square with rubble in it (yeah, I know that's not the right term, but I'm drawing a blank and it's late...)?

you mean hindering terrain?
from hindering to any occupiable to hindering terrain? I think that could work.

I would rename Warp to
Replaces attacks: Move this character to one square within line of sight. This move does not provoke attacks of opportunity
And don't you have we have an SA that we came up with for the Purge Trooper, or something? Magnetic Traction? That means he's unaffected by movement from FPs, SAs, CEs, etc.? Would this work here?
