Kinda ironic to see Avoid Defeat on him. I know he was a master, but did he really "command" enough to merit a commander effect? (Been a while since I read the issue with his appearance)

Id argue he would, especially since the wookieepedia entry says he was a skilled commander.
It more represents the facty that he could inspire cooperation and teamwork amongst the jedi.

I agree with Jm, though he may be somewhat overshadowed by the Kol in JA.
