Inspired by the Discussion over the Sith Lord, I ahve thrown my hat into the ring of ideas! This is my representation of a "Dark Jedi Guardian". Discuss, use as a jumping point of your own, or whatever you wish to do!
Sith Master
Cost: 37
HP: 90
Def: 20
Atk: +12
Dmg: 20
Special Abilities
Melee attack; Double attack
Juyo-Style fighting (Scores a critical on a roll of natural 19 or 20, and does triple damage)
Dark Lord (This Character counts as a Dark Jedi Guardian)
Greater Mobile Attack (Can move both before and after attacking. This character can make extra attacks even if it moves this turn, but it must make them all before resuming movement)

Force 4
Force leap (Force 1: This turn, this character can move through enemy characters without provoking attacks of opportunity)
Master Speed (Force 1: This character can move 6 extra squares on its turn as part of its move)
Sith Hatred (Force 1, usable only on this character's turn: 10 damage to all enemies within 2 squares)
Commander Effect
Non Unique Sith Followers within 6 squares gain Jedi Hunter
**********DESIGN NOTES**********
This is a representation of a deep striking unti for the Sith. A potent combatant that has the potential to move 12 and still get off 2 attacks, or 6 squares, get 2 attacks, then unleash 10 damage to all foes. He can also avoid AOO, making him even deadlier with GMA.
As a Commander, he is instantly limited in his power, thus helping to balance him in regards to other Jedi, but his CE makes the Sith a very potent force to be reckoned with. While making Non Unique Sith Follwoers Jedi Hunters, he ups the power of the faction to be on par with those of the Larger or "Favorite" factions.
He also helps counter other viable Jedi that would be used against the Sith, especially the Ever Present GOWK and YoBuck. His defensive abilities amke him a risk to attack, and his offensive abilities mean you opponent MUST eliminate him quickly, or suffer the effects.
