Unique Tattooine Ghost (Ignores all terrain. Cannot open doors. Cannot attack or be damaged, and does not count as a legal target. Does not provide cover. At the start of the skirmish, choose a Unique allied character with a Force rating. That ally gains Master of the Force 2, Master Force Heal [Force 1, replaces attacks: touch; remove 20 damage from a living character] and Jedi Mind Trick. This character is defeated if the chosen ally is defeated. An enemy within six squares can spend 1 Force point to defeat this character; save 11. This effect replaces that enemy's attacks.) Interesting choices of abilities to grant, I like it, though I'm wondering about the extremely high cost and why this has Hit Points. Also, I think he might appreciate it if you spelled his name right. It's Qui-Gon Jinn
Same goes for Obi-Wan

What would your suggestion for cost be? I thought this set of granted abilities called for a higher cost than that of the other force ghosts.
As for the granted abilities, I thought about what a pre-"exiled" obi would be taught by qui-gon on tatooine. does that make sense?

What would your suggestion for cost be? I thought this set of granted abilities called for a higher cost than that of the other force ghosts. Why would Heal, MotF, and Mind Trick cost 10 more than Mettle (which isn't that great) and RENEWAL? Renewal is usable forever. Without Renewal, the abilities this grants do nothing. For cost, though, I'd say 10 or 11. yah

not bad. Makes sense that as the first force ghost for the lightside in a LONG TIME, he not grant super abilities in the force (like mettle/FR)

I think you guys are underestimating the value of Master of the Force. The ability to use Force points twice in a round can be fearsome when paired with the right combo of abilities. For example, Zayne Carrick with MotF can attack and use Jedi Mind Trick twice (doubling his chances to activate a foe), or use Lightsaber Block twice (doubling his chances of using Cortosis Guantlet).
While many abilites ARE limited by "replaces attacks," there are enough that aren't that I think this should cost a bit.

would you suggest adding several points to the cost?

If you compare him to the other spirits, I think his coust should be AT LEAST 20!
They provide Force Renewal and Mettle, both of which are essentially "reactive" abilities. They don't let you do anything new, just do things more often (FR) or better (Mettle).
Qui-Gon, on the other hand, allows you to do things more often (MotF) in a way that I think is potentially more powerful than Force Renewal, and also gives you two completely new options. The synergy between Mind Trick (which is a "free action") and MotF is amazing.
The Affinity is also problematic, since it allows him to be in a Rebel Squad. Indeed, he and Ghost-Obi can haunt the same target, which creates a HUGE synergy. Right now, for 19 points, you can give a Rebel character with a Force rating Force Renewal 1, Master of the Force 2, Mettle, Jedi Mind Trick, and Master Force Heal. That's an impressive suite of abilities on it's own, but combine it with what an existing character may already have... Yikes!

Yeah, now that the cost is fixed, I'll lock this down - if BH thinks it's okay.
