We could give him Mobile Attack (I think that's what you're suggesting) and stats on the higher end (higher HP maybe, like 70-90, but 18/19 def and an attack of 9 or 10). Do you think extra attacks would work with Cassus?
I'm for Conscription too, if we can do it without overshadowing MtU. So that means either make Cassus overcosted (I highly doubt we'd want to do this) or come up with something more creative that I can't think of.

Maybe, for Conscription, it could be something a bit lesser:
Mandalorian Recruitment: All non-unique character in your squad are considered Mandalorian for the rest of the skirmish

OK so no Aerial Bombardment Oh well, maybe some other Mando piece could get it while within two squares of Cassus. I think Skilled Tactician would be good at either save 6 or 11 depending on how good you want him to be. I am also thinking Mobile, Twin, with 80HP, 9 attk, and 18 def. I really like dendrites Mandalorian Recruitment, my only worry is if he is played with MtU that this ability will completely be overshadowed.

I agree with the overshadowing problem for conscription. From a "themed" stnadpoint, you probably would want to play MtU and Cassus together.
Perhaps we could go not so much with the recruitment part of Neo-Crusader Conscription, but with the order and streamlining it brought to the Mandos. Perhaps something like Squad abilities, I'm not exactly sure. Anyone have ideas?

Squad Firepower or Cover sound good...but its not always easy to meet teir recquirements with Mandos...

Perhaps there is a way Like Bane/Zannah where we can pair Cassus with MtU so that they work very well together but great on their own as well

It'd be possible to make Cassus better with MtU, but that pretty much means it'll have to be in the CE. So perhaps Cassus' CE should give out something that goes well with Charging Fire. Momentum doesn't work, b/c MtI gives it, and Twin wouldn't work b/c the Captain gives. Hmm. I can't think of anything else. Anyone have any suggestions?

Neither Charging Assault nor Deadeye work well with MtU, so if we want to keep them effective together I don't think one of those SAs would work. Gregarious is an option, though it would be scary (perhaps too scary) with the Quartermaster. Maybe: CE: Mandalorian allies who end thier move within 6 squares of this character may make an extra attack. That's very interesting. I'll have to wait and here gwek's (and other's) opinions on this before I commit to anything, but I think it could work if we make Cassus cost over 40 (we probably want to stay in the 30s, but Extra Attack may require us to bump up into the 40s). I would just reword, though, to this: Mandalorian allies who end their move within 6 squares of this character gain Extra Attack. I think it accomplishes the same thing, while staying consistent with WotC's wording for CEs.

Of course, if they move, how can they use extra attack without Greater Mobile (which only 2 Mandos have)?
I think I kinda meant it to work with MtU and MtI's CEs, and actually giving them an attack instead of Extra Attack (more like a conditional Imp officer).

Random Thought...It's a Trap for Cassus, didn't he often sense danger when fighting Vizla? Gregarious still could be good.
