Exactly. Squad Spirit could be potent, but you're already spending a good hunk on Hoth himself.
I personally think he should have another force power. I'm not even thinking an offensive one, more like Absorb or Defense. Another possibility is Lightsaber Throw. If he didn't want to close in (say on Vader, SotJ) he could chuck his saber and run away.

Hoth is primarily known as a general and a ferocious warrior, so I think he's fine with "just" 2 Force powers. Nice clean card. If we do go with something else, I'd say definitely not Absorb/Defense. Those are high end and very specific, and I don't think he demonstrated anything anywhere near either of them. I'd rather not do Lightsaber Throw. A ranged attack alters the design behind the piece. He's an old school sword dude and commander. If he doesn't want to close with Vader SotJ... well, that's what Antarian Rangers are there for...

I believe this is the version we're currently looking at (with something like 5-6 "thumbs up"). Lord HothCost: 68 Faction: Old Republic Hit Points: 150 Defense: 22 Attack: 16 Damage: 20 UniqueMelee Attack, Triple AttackCharging Assault +20 (Replaces turn: Can move up to double speed, then make an attack at +20 Damage against an adjacent enemy) Rapport (Characters with a Force rating cost 1 less to include in a squad with this character) Force 2, Force Renewal 1Master of the Force 2Lightsaber Defense (Force 1: When hit by an attack, this character takes no damage with a save of 11) Lightsaber Riposte (Force 1: When hit by a melee attack, this character can make an immediate attack against that attacker) Commander Effect:Allied Old Republic characters are treated as having the same name as each other, only for the purpose of special abilities whose name contains Squad. Allies gain Charging Assault +10 and Squad Spirit (Each time this character activates while 3 or more allies with the same name as this character are within 6 squares, he gains a Force point.)

According to my calculations, I do believe this character, to the extent of our knowledge of him, accurately portrays his in-universe self in a way that not only reflects his abilities in accordance to the SWM mechanics, but also provides a strong sense of balance and importance in the faction that he resides in. In other words, he looks good.

Although I like our Lord Hoth (quite possibly better than theirs), since WotC gave us an official one--and since ours probably won't fit on a card without some work--I think we should kill this piece and focus our attention elsewhere.
