Gotta be honest, Surf, I don't think any of those fonts are correct. Of course, I can pull out my own cards, but there are plenty of cards posted online. Here's a sample of 3 from the most recent set. www.robotviking.com/2010/03/25/masters-of-the-force-is-the-final-star-wars-minis-set/#more-2155If you compare your "Commander Effect" with the sample (eg, Plo Koon's), you can see that the fonts are different. Similarly, if you compare the names (especially the letter "r"), it's clear that the font is different. It's possible that the font you're using for the main text is the right one, although it looks more "square" on the card. Possibly, this is just a display/layout thing, though, since the fonts do see pretty similar.

Is it possible the SA, FP, and CE are different from FB Agency? I've also got Agency Normal and Agency Oblique ... haven't tried them ....
I think the Title is right ... the Vip; it may look different/distorted because of the card size increase.
Also ... you're looking at the new cards ... would they waste time changing fonts for the last set???

I'm pretty sure everybody still uses Agency FB, though you might have to fiddle with stuff like whether Bold is on or not, stuff like that.

Ok, I’m here – you may now ask your questions (if you have) directly to me. I have also so many of them to you, but next time… Also I need to know – what pdf viewer you use on your PCs – it is not any kind of advertising, but strongly recommend to you use the “Foxit Reader” version 2.0 or higher (for any Windows platform) to viewing (it’s REALLY greater than products of Adobe) or printing my stat cards – I use high quality paperboard (as much quality as it use Wizards) and print it on high quality laser printer (on my job ) and cards looks like they produced by WotC. I could also ask a million questions Galek, but the first ones that come to mind, since Gwek and I have been discussing them, are what Fonts and sizes do you use for the various card SA and FP Titles and ability titles and descriptions? Love the pick too. Do you make your own?

Font for character name is the Aquarius Extra Bold and for SA, FP and CE is the Aquarius Bold, but size – I can’t say you, because I use exclusive toolkit – a program, that created specially for my personal purpose (I even have rights on it – I pay 2.000 Euro for it, but never regret about that – it cost every cent I paid) – it can change EVERY aspect on card (it also can create cards for every card game, including interesting by me SWCCG, SWTCG, SW Young Jedi CCG, SW Jedi Knight TCG, SW Pocketmodels and many-many more like MtG, WoW, e.t.c…). It looks simple, but I’m sure even WotC don’t have so powerful instrument. The result you saw.

That's incredible! Do we want to make a set symbol for these cards, like TLT did?

The TLT one is an oval with the initials inside. We could do that except with NLT initials, or we could create a symbol that looked like a bust with the initials (to mirror the design of the actual busts in the jedi archives)...or perhaps if Dooku or Serreno has a symbol...perhaps an outline of his solar sailer...

To GF, a new question; how long did it take to create Watto? I know it takes a fair amount of time. You obviously have graphic artist skills, equipment and software, so it may take you less time, but I also don't want to burden you with this; I suspect its a lot of work.
To The Board; set symbols aside, we need to move on the making of custom mini's, if we're going to do it at all.
Whither Customs Boards?

Brilliant on the Watto. Let's hope the other character's come out as well.

Well ... we really Have dried up .... 1. If we're finished with stats, finalize them all & give them to GF. 2. If GF has the card-work in hand, we leave him to it, although a rough ETA might be nice. 3. The most difficult part in some ways is ahead of us. While we all have abilities in stat creation (duh) and some of us are fair at card production ... we need help creating mini's. Some of us dabble in making mini's, but we need to make easy to reproduce w/instructions customs for us to truly be favorably compared to TLT. Some have been made (Thank You arctrooper-a79) but we still need roughly 19 more. I think we came up with an initial brainstorming session somewhere when we started suggesting some possible mini's for conversion to our own needs. Possibly a new thread to officially get us started and moving instead of remaining stagnant? As a starting point, some of my own suggestions on this. I'm only offering suggestions; year end activities and finals are looming for my students in the next weeks ..... feel free to critique to one and all hearst content; I just want the ball to move if not roll .... 1-Gryph Snivvian Fringer head, Ishi Tib body without gun?? 2-Lord Hoth repaint current Lord Hoth as an alternative version? 3-Admiral Saul Karath Sith Trooper Cmdr reworked? 4-Darth Zannah Done 5-Captain Fordo Repainted 501st Legion C Cmmdr? 6-Master Tholme Reworked Jedi Consular? 7-Alto Stratus Done 8-Tycho Celchu Gen. Solo torso, Corellian pirate head, Han Gal. Hero legs? 9-Admiral Daala Czerka body, Heroclix Jennifer Jones head? 10-Jerec ROTS Darth Tyranus body, Heroclix Xavier head? 11-Joruus C’Boath Done by Darth Chaos, but is there a cheaper/easier available head? 12-Ben Skywalker a Cade Padawan/Anakin Solo redo? 13-Ganner Rhysode a Jedi Sith Hunter/Peace Brigade head rework? 14-Saba Sebatyne DDM Troglodyte head & tail, Jedi Consular or Instructor body?? 15-Celeste Morne Rework Heroclix Valkyrie #046, from Sinister set?? 16-Chief Chirpa Open to suggestions; none of the ewoks look worthy …… 17-Watto Toydarian wings/legs = ?? possibly some DDM goblin body?? 18-Cassus Fett Mandalorian trooper/Death Watch Raider rework? 19-Demagol Death Watch head redone, arms w/shoulder boards; torso & legs??? 20-Yammosk DDM Grell reworked? 21-S.O. Shimmra rework several Vong? 22-Vergere Done

In terms of custom minis, I have only a few thoughts right now:
GRYPH: If there's any way to swing it, the DDM Human Farmer is a good match for the body... but is carrying a pig under his arm!
SAUL KARATH: Although the Sith Commander is actually modeled after him, I think the SC lacks the real "feel" of Karath. I like a simple repaint of the Imperial Security Officer or the Imperial Officer (Alliance & Empire version).
BEN SKYWALKER: Take an appropriately Jedi-ish piece (Anakin Solo seems like a good bet), paint the hair red, the outfit black, and--if needed--swap the lightsaber color. Done!
SHIMMRA: I think the plan is to use a Tsurr as a base.
YAMMOSK: Although the DDM piece is a good idea, I think we might also want to look at the Dejarik pieces and see if any of them are decent models (because I think the grell is medium and the yammosk should probably be large).
*****
In terms of where we go from here, here's what I think we should do:
1) For any character with less than 650 characters (which I think is about 12-14 of them), re-open their threads for a week or two, just to see if we can do anything to streamline them. I know that there are a few pieces I might want to edit upon second look.
2) For any character with more than 650 characters in special abilities/Force powers, I think we need to re-open their threads and make a serious effort to streamline them. As with #1, I think this should be done for a limited period of time.
3) Since both Lord Hoth and Ganner Rhysode are in the category of possibly being too "full" on their cards, I think we should just nix them.
While this process occurs (which should be no more than 3-4 weeks), we can have model makers working on custom mods.
If GF is willing to do all our cards, he can start working on some of the shorter ones soon, and would be able to work on more was we lock them down.
That's what I'd suggest, anyway.

Looks like is occurred misunderstanding – I wait you and you wait me What I wait? – I wait set symbol, help with some sketches (in one of my report I say that have sketches only for: Watto, Tycho Celchu, Admiral Daala, Jerec, Vergere and Yammosk; also I can use ARC Trooper’s sketch from Clone Strike set for Captain Fordo) and also… Also we need do something with stats – during process of development (I’m sure about this ) you even don’t think about what headache it’s create to a guy, who finalized the cards And as long I can create cards with sketches which I have, my first questions about them: 1 – Jerec: as you see on the concept pdf – he loose “Force Destruction” – I can’t add it on card, because it “eat” 5 lines – I replace “Sith Lightning 30” with “Force Lightning 2” because it some soften the loss of “Force Destruction” (I think) – but may be you have you opinion about this situation? (I also change the cost for Force Destruction loss) … … also self-maiden abilities looks not a bad, but WotC create SO MANY of them and they are fully playtested and don’t change balance – it’s only my opinion, but if you use only real SA and FP, it will be much better. 2 - Tycho Celchu – he grants Quick Reactions by Commander Effect – may be add personally to him it? 3 – Vergere – the text is SO HEAVY – what to do with her? I produce all this cards, but don’t pos them because they not finalized (main problem – set icon and rarity) and not started on cards without a sketch – really need help with them! Attachments:

You obviously have graphic artist skills, equipment and software, so it may take you less time, but I also don't want to burden you with this; I suspect its a lot of work. Each card is created from 1 to 2 hours even with my toolkit, but previously (when I create jpg variant) I spend more than 3-5 hours to create each card.
