I agree with most of the things saber1 mentioned. I like the Ro2 as is, it's probably the best version of the Rule that I've seen.
I really like the idea of Overwhelming Force, I agree that it would fit really well. If you want to give him Unorthodox, I would suggest modifying the ability to cause a save of 16 instead of 13, because it's not really that useful at 13.

The more I think about it, the more Overwhelming Force does fit the character. However, it is a very powerful ability and I am very reluctant to apply it here. I'll ponder this one more.
As for the save enhancement for Unorthodox...bumping the requirement for enemies' saves to 13 means that they will go from success at damage prevention 50% of the time to 40%. Though not mindblowingly uberpowerful, it does shift the battle. I'd be cool with changing the save to 14 (success 35%) of the time, but 16 (25%) seems a bit too strong.
The concept of shutting down a character's ability to deal damage gives me apprehension as it can lead to a negative play experience. It also makes single attacker and many double attack characters much less desirable to play and result in a further shift to Triple/Quad characters.

The thing is, the save increase on Unorthodox is so minor that in 90% of games it will have no effect at all. There's only a 10% difference between 11 and 13, so almost all of the results of the LS Block/Parry saves would be the same as if he didn't have Unorthodox. Moving it up to 16 makes it much more interesting, giving him a very good way around blockers. The save of 13 is nearly useless, IMO.

A save of 13 is kind of awkward. 6, 11, or 16 are the standards, so it makes sense to keep it to those numbers.

Ok, ok I have been convinced by your...overwhelming force. I will add OF and remove Unorthodox. OP does fit him nicely and OF has more of a finesse feel and Darth Bane is not about finesse. Now this character is truely scary. OF and Sith Rage every turn with the possiblity of Cunning and Orbalisk Rage makes me shudder. "Behold, all ye Jedi, and tremble!"

He looks very, very good now. The only thing I'm going to say is that all the Jedi should be glad he doesn't have MotF 3, so he can't use LS Assault, Rage, and OF in the same turn. Lol. I have no more suggestions, he looks good. Anyone have anything more to say?

You're going to need a stat card that's AT-AT sized. ;D
And you might want to consider a CE, even a really crappy one. As he is now, he's a follower.

No joke there. ;D Who has the most text on his/her card? Gen. Windu? I'd be curious to see which ends up with more. I'll have to type out Windu some time to compare.

Lol. I know Vader, JH has a lot of text, as does Exar Kun, but other than that I haven't really noticed anything extreme (not like I pay a lot of attention to it, though).
As for a CE, if you wanted to give him one so he's not a follower, I could see something as basic as followers within 6 getting Bloodthirsty. One could see it as the nearby followers feeding off of Bane's rage, or something.

Okay. Let's see an updated post - is the top post updated, or do we need another one?
