Lol. I see why the clones hated them now.
Hmm Diplomat seemed like a given, because of the name. Maybe I could give it an ability called Aggressive Negotiations (This character has Diplomat until he spends a Force point).
Yeah, with Obi's dash, you can get a lot of kills. Plus his attacks are really quick.

Yeah...I wouldn't like em either. Remember, Star Wars is shown from the perspective of the Jedi, and is a rosier, prettier view of a universe that's really very gritty and dark.
I'd do that - that's an awesome name, btw.
Uh huh. I hate Vader's dash - as soon as he attacks, he stops. Stupid Vader.

Yeah. Would be cool to see it from another point of view.
Okay. Cool. How should I word it?
Yeah it's weird, and it's easy to miss with it. I like he's combo attacks, though - he doesn't stop after his third one, like most heroes do.

That's why so much of the EU is written from a non-Jedi perspective.
Hmm. Aggressive Negotiations: (This character loses Diplomat when he spends a Force Point)
Really? He just goes straight into the next combo? I'll have to check that out.

Yeah. But seeing like Ep. I to Ep. VI from, say the Emperor's perspective, would be interesting.
Hmm. Okay. I'll add that in.
Not quite, but he doesn't do a flip or jump or spin or anything after his final attack, so he's not left in the open for a few seconds, like Luke or Aayla. It takes a short(er) time to get the next combo going, but because it doesn't take that long is why he's one of the best for fighting Jedi.

This is a weird thread. Talking about EU, stat creation, and Battlefront.
I'll agree with that. I'm sorta surprised that hasn't been done yet.
Ok.
Ah. I see. I suppose that'd be a big help.

Yeah. A lot of our threads are like one, two lines on topic, then like 5 paragraphs about Battlefront or other things. Lol.
Yeah. Although that could be a thick novel, and I'm not sure everyone would share my delight if there was a video game made with him as the main character.

Mostly Battlefront.
I'd totally play it. Or with Vader as the executioner immediately after ROTS. That'd be fun.

You know, I'm not sure if I like the 501st Legion ability. Its a bit too restrictive and I'm not so sure it accurately reflects the 501st Legion as a whole (I know that the Legions typically fought separate of each other, but did they actively stay away from all the other Legions?).
Beyond that ability though, the 501st characters are very solid (more solid then the other flimsy Clones). Especially when paired with their commanders.
With the Field Surgeon's Health Pack, is there any particular reason that it appears to be the same as Heal 30?

It is restrictive, but that prevents them from benefiting from all of the Clone Commander CE's. I believe that's the point of that ability, Sharrakor. They are very solid, though.
Lol. BH?

Gah. I had the whole reply worked out then clicked on a link on my browser, and there goes 10 minutes of my time. Anyway, here's a simplified version (don't have the patience to type it out again, lol):
Jm is correct, and, while I am not the most knowlegable of the clone's battle tactics, I believe the legions would either fight their own battles or on different fronts of larger battles, thus fighting separately. Also, because the 501st were "pure" clones (of Jango), it would make sense that they wouldn't fight with Fringe BHs or other, "inferior", clones. Plus it makes wording the CEs a heck of a lot easier.
And you're right on the Health Pack, I'll change it up a bit (replaces TURN now, keeps it balanced).

Ah I see. Well from that point of view, I suppose it makes sense.

Yeah. I'm going to go back and change up some of the costs on a few of them, like I have the Elite Trooper at 19, and that's going to have to change.

The Legions did tend to work separately, at least in the case of the 501st. Geonosis is, as far as I know, the only time where the Republic deployed the 501st en masse with other legions, including the 212th. However, after the Battle of Coruscant, the 501st were seen as an elite legion, and were used for special missions deemed too difficult for other clones, or eventually, stormtroopers. So while it wouldn't be strange to have them working in concert with other clones, it's more canonically correct to use them separately.
I just gave my 501st Troopers Squad Assault to encourage, but not require, a solid 501st build.

Yeah. Yours are very similar to WotC's.
