I think I agree with what Jm said before, that most of the Taris duelists fit their costs, but they aren't spectacular alternatives at their costs.
However I'd say out of the 6(?) of them, Marl, the Rodian and Bendak are all very good. Marl represents at strong non-Force using melee combatant, something of which this game doesn't have a lot of. The Rodian is just simply cool, very reminiscent of the Echani HM who is a strong piece in its own right. And Bendak is BF,BH lite which seems to be a general consensus on what he'd look like.

Yeah. GMA is good on certain pieces, mostly non-melee or certain melee pieces (love it on Shado Vao). For some reason, there's just a nice feeling you get when you get to move 6 squares for "free", when your opponent can't. Another reason why I like to plat Revan or Caedus a lot.

Whoops, just saw Sharrakor's post on the next page.
I do agree on the duelists, they're not spectacular, but decent. I never thought about that with Marl - but you're completely right. I can't think of a decent, non-Force using, lower cost melee interference piece. Good to have you back, Sharrakor.

Indeed, Sharrakor, we're lucky indeed to get you back. Another one of the old guard.
Revan's fun, but still overcosted. Too bad there isn't a piece that has an ability like, "Supreme Tactics: (Choose one character. That character costs 15 points less than the posted cost.)" Then he'd be playable.

Yeah. I play him as though he costed 68 - almost seems like house rules. He should have been a very, very good character. I hope (and I mean HOPE) that we get a new Sith Revan in Masters of the Force, or at the very least a Revan, Redeemed for the OR.

We won't, though - that'd almost make the OR useful. WotC can't have that.

Yeah. They'll probably overcost him by like 20 points again, if they make one.

Lol. That's what we should make our Revan in GOWK. Terrible, and way overcosted.

Lol. Like 120 points for things similar to the Sith Revan.

Yeah.
So, does everything look good here? I don't think there are any more characters to cost...

Thanks. It did turn out better than I expected, especially the non-501st part.

That's good. So which do you think is my better set: Rule of Two or Vader's Fist?
