Yeah, he has Master Speed and MotF2. So, in one turn, a character without any sort of vehicle can move 24 squares. We could do like Super-Speedy Luke or something and give him MotF 3, FR3, Master Speed, and Accelerate. Just a thought, I'm running dry on ideas.
Btw, I have a character up in the Separatists section of GOWK.
