Yeah, it's really ridiculous. The Imperials were really a force to be reckoned with, back in the day.
Sorcery is iffy, that's true. It could really go either way.
Well, Traya was much harder to kill in the game than Sion.
Lol. Okay. Named Uggie?
Exactly.
Exar looks good, btw.

Yeah, when Vader, JH was the best beatstick in the game. And Thrawn. They still are playable, but not as powerful as before.
I'll think about which Force power I want to replaces Sorcery with. What do you think would work best?
Yeah, but that was more for gameplay purposes than realistic purposes. I mean, a Consular with 800+ HP?
Yeah, named Uggie. Lol.
Thanks on Exar. He good for a 15 point cost?

Vader, JH is one of the only truly playable pieces left from before A&E. Everything else has fallen by the roadside - now, Vader, JH is only so-so, as compared to 2006, when he was the best of the best.
Hmm. Well, Corruption, but that's sort of a dumb FP. Perhaps Master Speed, or Force Valor, but Valor is sorta light-sided.
Named Uggie. Lol. Ok.
Yes. 15 pts is about right for him.

Yeah, there are some good pieces - most notably cheaper ones, like R2-D2, but in general almost all of the older pieces aren't competively playable.
Master Speed is interesting, I think I'll go with that. It's not used much.
Any suggestions for some more Sith that would fit the RoT theme? I'm running out of ideas.

Well, a Revan combat character. I have a mixed bag and a commander, and you have the same - why not focus on his combat abilities? Or make a Force Battery Sidious, or something.

Lol. I really like RS's combat-oriented Revan, and if I made one it would probably be similar.
Hmm. I have the Force Battery Revan, so idk about another battery. Good suggestions, though. Any help is appreciated.

Okay...hmm. The three Sith prestiege classes, perhaps.
Congrats on 2000 posts, btw. Karma.

Hmm. The three prestige classes have been done by WotC (although all three may be eclipsed by the Sith Apprentice), but it is interesting. Maybe a different version of each: a Marauder designed around Rage and good damage potential yet somewhat weak defensively; a very stealthy Assassin using sneak attacks to deal big damage; a Sith Lord focused around a single Force power: Force Crush.
What do you think of that? Do you think it would be do-able?
Thanks for the Karma. 2000+ posts already...and it still feels like I've just joined the site!

I know. But it's been three months. There you go.
Force Crush could be done very well. It was amazingly powerful in the game.

Yeah. I still remember my first post.
Yeah, it would probably cost like 4 Force and be a one-shot thing (FEAR HOLOSID), but if I can get it just right, it'll be great. I think I may have to do that Sith Lord just to do Crush.
What do you think of the other two? The Marauder is probably relatively easy to do, but the Assassin would be a challenge, but rewarding if I can get it right.

The Assassin was terribly done by WotC. As was the Marauder. I never did an assassin, but liked the Database Marauder, I put it in VwH. One of the few pieces which isn't mine in the set.

Yeah, the Assassin was a complete failure. The Marauder is okay, but generally the Apprentice is better. I think I'll start with making the Sith Lord-type. I'll post another thread on this board for him.
Any other comments on the Sith?

Okay, my pride and joy, Exar Kun, Dark Lord of the Sith, is up. Tell me what you think.
Firstly, does Sith Alchemy look good/balanced (remember, it is eating up an 80+ point character's turn and Force points).
Also, on the Commander Effect: I know I've said it before, that Intuition for the masses isn't good, but it would really help the Massassi. Maybe it should be limited to within 6 squares, or something.
What do you think?
