Just curious, but what is the focus of this set? What are themes it represents?

As you probably could guess by the name, this set is focused more on the "bad-guy" factions that helped to create the Empire (eg. Sith, Seps) and the Empire itself. Fringe is also a pretty major faction in the set as well. It's supposed to have some of the key players in Sidious's 'game' to destroy the Jedi and control the galaxy. It may be hard to tell by looking at the set list, because as I said it is messy and out-of-order. I plan on re-organizing it once the set is finished.
EDIT: Set List updated. Only 2 more to go...

Yeah, it will. I added in the Stormtrooper Sergeant, so there is only one spot left. Once that spot is filled, I'll re-organize it.
