It seems a little too similar to Shaak, JM and a little powerful (or undercosted) to have immidate reserves. You could replace IR with Rapport (maybe -2 even) or give the Felucians Synenergy with her (maybe a +2/+2).

IFR30 may seem powerful, but its really not. And that's because of the cost of who she can bring in. In fact there's only four characters who have Felucian in their name. One of them (the FelCor) costs too much. Two of them (the Chieftan and the Shaman) cost around in the high 20's, so you could only bring them in one at a time. As for the Felucian Warrior, you could only bring in two.
As for the similarities; well, yes I suppose there is a few. But they are staple abilities for Shaak. Double, Stealth, and Block are abilities which I felt fit any rendition of her. Cunning was just for an attack/damage boost. IFR30 was because she kept bringing in Felucian at random intervals. Avoid Defeat was because she had just survived the Jedi Purge. Force Push and Force Dash were abilities she used consistently in the game. And the CE was just because the Felucians need a leader.

I really like this version....It feels alot like the Shaak from the game, whereas Shaak Ti JM doesnt (although she is a great piece)
As is, I think she is fine.

Yeah. I wasn't originally going to do Shaak Ti, but when I decided that Shaak, JM didn't feel like a TFU Shaak, I decided to do a new one. Same for Kazdan and Kento Kota.

IIRC, Force Leap allows you to move through enemy character (and ignore AoOs). Dash only allows you to ignore AoOs.
Anything else? (GWek?)

I like her except for two minor things:
1) The difference between Dash and Leap is so negligible that I'd give her Leap (which is better anyway, right?).
2) Both other versions of her have Crowd-Fighting (which is a species ability). I'd put it here, too.

While Dash 1 is similar to Leap, the further up it goes, the more different it gets.
Could Crowd Fighting be added without changing the cost?

IDK....crowd fighting is very situational, but it can pump her attack through the roof in the right circumstances
For now, add it in, but I think it might need a cost increase after a few people see it

Hmm, for Force Dash do you think it would be beneficial to add something where the character can do it's special move and then, if it attacks directly after, it gain a bonus? Sorta like the dash attacks in BF2.
Force Dash 1 (Force 1; replaces move: this character may immediately move up to 8 squares, this move does not provoke AoO's. All attacks made by this character for the remainder of the turn gain +10 damage)
Something like that.
