Anakin Skywalker, Hero of the Republic Cost: 68 HP: 120 Def: 20 Atk: +16 Dmg: 20
Special Abilites Unique; Pilot Melee Attack; Triple Attack Impulsive Sweep Protective +10 (Padme) Djem So Style
Force Powers Force 1. Force Renewal 1 Lightsaber Defense Lightsaber Assault Lightsaber Precision Force Burst 3 (Force 3, replaces turn: 30 damage to each character within 6 squares; save 16)
Commander Effect Trooper followers gain Synergy (+4/+4, Clone Troopers).
Yes, I am well aware that the cost will be high. That's my intention. For this to be the Force-using commander for the Republic, without suffering from the Revan syndrome.

I would suggest 65 as a starting point for its cost, and then adjust as needed.
Overal though, its not too bad. If you read the novels, this seems to be anakin shortly before the events of Labyrinth of Evil, so ANakin in his prime right before the fall.
While triple works on him here, Im not very sold on the Impulsive sweep. Never was. I could see him more with Impulsive momentum, or even Impulsive savagry, as from a game standpoint, when someone he cared for died, it wasnt just a short little burst of anger, but a full fleged kill until nothing was left alive.

I would say change the Impulsive to Impulsive Sith Rage but then it would be closer to mine xD.
But maybe make a new ability for it something like Rage (Adds +4 attack when an enemy character with a force rating or Unique is within 6 squares of this character).
Other than that looks very good. I like the Lightsaber abilites on him. I would say costing around the same as Planeswalker (60-70). But if you were to drop Triple down to his normal Double then maybe in the area of 50-60.
Also maybe change Portective to Padme or Amidala b/c then it will work with all of them (Correct me if I am wrong not too sure here).

his stats would put him at around 50-60's. Force Powers and a CE later, I'd put him in the mid-to high 60's. That's a pretty killer CE. Now Clone Troopers can have a +14 attack and 21 defense, without cover! (GOWK included in this equation) That's almost sick.
Also, why does Force Burst 3 have a save to it?

Ok, I'll replace Impulsive Sweep with Impulsive Momentum and set the cost at 68.

Oh, @roque: Do you really feel the ability to do 30 damage to every character within 6 squares should be auto-damage?

Finally, a decent Anakin. Karma!
Lightsaber Precision? I can see it, but I think other Lightsaber powers would fit better.

I gave him Precision, not because I particularly like it, but because I neglect to give to him. In fact (as I've been looking through the distribution of abilities over my custom sets), I've been neglecting it over all of my custom sets.
Oh, and thanks for the karma.

Yeah, I don't really ever use Precision on anything either. FotR doesn't use Precision at all, either.

Well, I was thinking about Repulse 3 and how that is auto damage and pushes back characters (but I also forgot that it affects characters within 3 squares, not 6) I think a save of 16 would be better, 11 seems too easy to make with lots of people with access to FPRR's running around.

s save of 16 is too high? Why do you say that?

It's harder than missing a save of 6. That's a save that's nearly impossible to make, and only happens 20% of the time, as compared to 50%.

you mean making a save of 16 happens only 25% of the time as apposed to 75% of the time?
(save of 6=75%, save of 11=50%, save of 16=25%)
