Also remember, Ambush is against an enemy who hasnt activated and Oppurtunist is against an enemy who has activated so he cant use both on the same guy.
Also I would like to give him intincitave control but I dont know wheter to put Master Tact or Recon so Ill put on Master for now but if there is disagreement i will lower it to Recon.

I still think Opportunist should be dropped. The potential for damage is HUGE (240, I believe). While he cannot use Opportunist and Ambush at the same time, he could just not move and still get all of his extra attacks. Triple/Twin/Ambush is already beyond anything we have seen from WotC, adding in Jedi Hunter is very powerful (although I like it and I think it's fine for his cost), but then adding in Opportunist is too much, it seems very tacked on and not really necessary.
Also, I would suggest swapping Master Tactician for Recon, as this is already very powerful, and MT would be too much. I could see MT on a Grievous, but not a Grievous with such huge combat potential.
I would also suggest dropping Makashi Style, as he used a bunch of forms (or a combinations of forms), didn't he (ie Niman, Jar'Kai, Makashi), and Makashi seems something more suited to someone who really studied in the form and was a great Jedi/Sith with lots of training. Grievous may have had some training from Dooku (especially in Makashi), but I don't think it was anything compared to the training a Jedi/Sith would have to go through (he did have an army to lead...).
Also, while I like the CE, it devalues WotC's original Durge. I think another SA would work better.
What do you think? I'm sorry if this sounds discouraging, it's not meant to be, I'm just trying to help you out with your piece, and right now I think it's too powerful.

Okay, all points shall be looked over.
Took off Oppurtunist
Switched
Dropped Maskashi Style. Added Parry
Changed CE
Droids are subject to these effects. Allied droids gain Accurate Shot. If this character has line of sight to an enemy at the beginning of a phase you may activate 1, 2, or 3 characters this turn. (This includes Droid and Savage characters)
Thank you for the help!

He looks really good.
He still has a lot of SAs, but he pays for it in the cost. The CE is very powerful, not necessarily a bad thing (comparing him to GGDAC). I like the second part, but the first part (granting AS), is a bit too powerful, IMO. It seems like something more suited on either Unique or Elite Troopers (or in this case droids) who cost more than 3 or 4 points. Plus, it makes targeting rules almost nonexistant to give it to such a wide range of characters.
I think the CE would be good with just the second part, which is really cool.
What do you think?

Yes, he used all the forms, though not near the level that most Jedi did.
Uh...he's super scary. But, I'll agree with BH - the second part of the CE is fine, and it'd lower his cost a lot.

Yeah. Accurate would be too much (Battle Droids with Accurate is pretty funny too, lol), but effectively having the RS Tarkin CE is interesting and, post-GaW, would give the Seps the ability to activate 4 characters in one phase. Cool.

wow this guy is so incredibly weak to jawas.
Besides that i think its a good rounded character But i dont think his CE fits him. I mean the droids tactic is have enough people firing at the enemy that some will hit they are really inaccurate. An from what episodes of the CW i have seen he make the droids nervous. So i think a better CE would be something like (after this character activates a droid character less that 15 points may make an attack at +20 damage and +6 attack if this character misses the attack then that character is defeated) Hope this helps but you dont have to take my opinion

It fits Grievous as well as it did Vader. Maybe not quite a +6 atk, +20 dmg boost, but the idea is a good one.
