Design Notes
The HK Assassin Droid is to the IG-86 Assassin Droid what the Duros Scoundrel is to the Human Scoundrel: essentially the same piece with Cunning Attack instead of Opportunist.
Since Cunning is usually priced a big cheaper than Opportunist, I dropped the cost to compensate. In addition, HK's basic attack is slightly lower but in exchange, he gets Bounty Hunter +2, which means that under normal circumstances, the IG-86 has +9 to hit anyone, whereas HK has +8 vs non-Unique and +10 vs Unique. Not a major difference, but perhaps just enough variety to make things interesting.
In general, the HK Assassin represents simply a comparable option to the IG Assassin (and, since Cunning is not always as useful as Opportunist, quite possibly a slightly sub-standard option). Where the two units do differ a bit is G0-T0 and his Place Bounty ability, which the HK can benefit from.
