Q'Anilia (Old Republic)
Cost: 17
Rarity: Rare
Faction: Old Republic
Hit Points: 60
Defense: 17
Attack: 8
Damage: 20
Melee Attack
It's a Trap! (Enemies with Stealth within 6 squares lose Stealth)
Force 4
Force Vision (Force 1, usable only on this character's turn: Enemy characters lose Cloaked for the rest of the round)
Surprise Move (Force 1; Once per round, after initiative is determined, this character can immediately move up to his Speed before any other character activates)
Commander Effect: Allies with a Force rating within 6 squares gain Use the Force (Force 3: This character's next attack roll counts as a natural 20).
Design Notes
As can probably be seen, Q'Anilia is loosely adapted from Sharrakor's generic Covenant Seer. Although Q'Anilia is a Miralukan like Visas Marr, I wanted to make her a very different type of character, so she's much more passive.
Like Visas, she has It's a Trap!, but she doesn't have Force Sense. Instead, she has Force Vision, to help combat the Cloaked figures. Surprise Move lets her get into position (or perhaps run away).
Although she can reveal Cloaked enemies, her abilities and stats are pretty lackluster when compared with other Jedi options, which is fine, because the heart of this character is her commander effect. The ability to grant Use the Force to multiple Force-users can turn the tide of battle at a pivotal moment. She's especially dangerous when paired with someone like Lucien Draay, who has both Force Renewal and Master of the Force.
