I don't know. Sniper, Deadeye, Careful Shot, those all seem to be "sniper" abilities. Would one of these work, or do we need something different (or new)?

Sith Troopers can get Deadeye. I think that's acceptable.

So do we want Deadeye? Either way, I think, going off the OP, he should have 10 more HP, 1 more defense and 2 more attack. W/o Deadeye, you could put him at 14, with it at 16.

Very good, although 30 HP at that cost seems a little out-of-place - a Lancer would rip a squad of these apart - but that's not much of a concern. Lancers destroy pretty much all trooper-based squads.
