This is pretty powerful for a girl who dies like a punk.
I question the faction a bit. It's an interesting question--where does the Republic end and the Rebelliob begin--but I sort of felt from PURGE that she should still be Republic.

Survivor Summoning should be a CE.

It's an interesting question--where does the Republic end and the Rebelliob begin--but I sort of felt from PURGE that she should still be Republic. First of all you get karma for the punk comment (it also makes me sad that you had zero). She may have dies like a punk, but she was still a Jedi Master When I started the "jedi survivor" series (on the old site) I did Yoda first and asked fuzz if it should be Republic or Rebel. I think he had a hard time with it to, but ultimately suggested rebel, and since I have an affinity to play with rebels that's what I went with. Here was my logic. The minute Palpatine has the Seps killed off and declares himself Emperor, he is THE power, he is in control there is no more republic. A republic does not have an Emperor. If you deny that you are rebelling. The Jedi survivors are Rebels. Maybe not part of the official Rebel Alliance, but also not part of a republic either. So Rebels they are... what do you think??

Survivor Summoning should be a CE. Should I include the current CE with it??

Yeah, I'd say so. Just say, "Characters whose names include Jedi Survivor get x and y and z abilities"

Anyone have a problem with Cortosis sword 16?

There are plenty of Jedi Masters--COUNCIL MEMBERS, even--with costs in the 20s or 30s.
Personally, I have a different take on the line between Repubic and Rebel, especially with respect to survivor types. IN TFU, we have three Jedi who survive the Purge: Shaak Ti, Kazdan, and Kota. All three as statted for the TFU "era" (a few years before Episode IV). Even though the Empire has been in place for 15 years or so, 2 out of 3 are still Republic (admittedly, with Rebel Affinity), so clearly WotC, at least, doesn't have the Rebellion start the moment the Empire is born.
So what makes Kota different from the other two masters? In the canonical version of the story, he JOINS THE REBELLION. Sure, it doesn't have it's full name and status yet, but he joins the fledgling organization.

What do you think about Fringe or Affinity?

DO you think the numbers are too much or the abilities or both?

In terms of faction, I would probably say Rebublic (maybe with Rebel Affinity), personally, just like Shaak Ti and Kazdan. The reverse (the Kota version) could also work.
I'd probably streamline her to somewhere in the 35-50 point range. Probably lower the stats slight, drop Ambush (which doesn't seem to be meant for people), make Cortosis Sword closer to existing versions... WHat does Master Force Meditation do?
That's my personal opionion, though, but I tend to prefer mid-range characters to the true powerhouses.

I would maybe knock the Rapport down to 1 (are there any examples of a -2 cost?) and would consider switching Master Meditation to straight-up Force Renewal. At this lower level, I don't think it would be too out of whack for her to have that.
Also, "Force Block" is Lightsaber Block, no?

Well she doesn't use a lightsaber in the context I have her in (she has a cortosis sword, as you probably already guessed) . I can use lightsaber block if it's a problem though.
Yeah I could drop meditation and add FR 1, I would actually prefer it
As far as the rapport goes. Aren't we about to final a character that has a large rapport for you?
