You mentioned Yuthura Ban, but we could just take one of the names of the Sith Apprentices from KOTOR, if anyone remembers one. Mekel, I think, was one.

Given that this is a pretty powerful commander, I don't think someone like Mekel or Lashowe would be a good fit.

I don't think so. He was called simply "Sith Master" in the game. I can't think of a name right now. Can anyone else?

Yeah, he has no cannoical name, so Perhaps the Title would be changed to "The Sith Master".
Otherwise, we could find a name, and make it a specific version of another Sith lord, but that takes away from the identity of the piece.
IDK, what do others think?

"The Sith Master" might not work so well. It implies that he's the greatest of all the Sith, which wouldn't really be correct. I mean, it could work, it just might lead to some uncertainty.
