I think Adhesive Grenades is the reasoning behind that, GG. Stopping a Huge for a whole round is quite a powerful ability.

I think the cost is good, we don't want this to overshadow the Sith Trooper, and it seems to be slightly more powerful, so I think a cost of around 12 is good.
