Might be worth looking at the commander effects that can impact him before finalizing. I don't think anything is particularly problematic, but you never know.

Well let's see:
He can get +4 attack and pseudo-Intuition.
He can get Extra Attack.
He can get +4 Attack.
He can get Double Attack.
He can get Force Renewal 1.
He can get a number of stuff from custom characters with CEs.

Don't see anything too abusive. If you include Fringe, I think he can also get Deadeye and maybe Cunning Attack? (And he pairs nicely with the Chagrian Merc Commander.)

Before we finalize him, I'd like to hear PW weigh in. He had some thoughts on Overwhelming Force on a non-unique piece, so I'd like to make sure he doesn't have any concerns with the proliferation of similar abilities (eg, Disruptor Rifle).
