What you could do is have "Allies with Stealth gain Infiltrate" so it's useable outside out Shadows. I think that should be in the CE, not a SA. Also, is this going for only Elite Stormtrooper or is it for Elite troopers?

Imperial Shadow Troopers have Cloaked, not Stealth. And I think its fine as it is. Its narrow enough that its not blown out of proportion nor is it overly powerful. But its also useful in its own way.
And the CE is just doing what the Sandtrooper Officer and Snowtrooper Captain did for their respective types of Stormies.

It seems odd though, if you are trying to specialize in buffing Elite Stormtoopers, that you have an ability that buffs Shadow Troopers. Shouldn't that be on a Shadow Trooper Officer?

Except Elite Stormtrooper Officers (who represent the Stormie Officers from TFU, might I add) are there Officers.

Are you sure? Or are they just seen together? If you want to buff one piece exclusively, I think it should be an exclusive commander, with only that buff.

I kinda agree with RS, especially based on what we've seen in IE.

Yes, I'm sure that these 'Elite Stormtrooper Commanders' were the commanders of the Shadow Troopers. When I created most of my TFU characters, I used the TFU Strategy Guide which provided backstory on all of the characters.

Well, would it be possible to make the effect a bit more generic so it doesn't seem like the name is a misprint and supposed to be "Shadow Trooper Commander"?

Allies whose name contains Shadow Trooper?

That would work.
Uh, that CE's quite potent. Double and GMA? That's huge.

It only affects troopers with Elite in their name. Only two officially exist so far, with an extra custom of mine.

Yeah I think the CE is good, as well as everything except for the interaction with the Shadows. I have a similarly named SA - Infiltrator, that gives +4/+4 to the character that has it if no allies are within 6 squares, basically super Loner. Would this work for the Shadows? Or would it be too much with all the CEs they're subject to (though remember the Republic can do similar things with those Antarians...)?
