What's Dark Master again?
I like the use of PotDS. That's a nice touch.

DM comes from original Sid, it allows you to select one Unique ally w/Force, and they can spend the character with DM's FPs as their own. I didn't give it to the DM b/c he's not unique, and that may seem odd.
Yeah, the only real problem is freakin' HoloSid (again). I just remembered him today. I guess I'll have to give him Arrogance or something similar.

Oh, that's right. He's not really a Force Battery, so I don't think he needs it.
HoloSid was a bad move by WotC - they've limited themselves severly in the Sith, all because they needed a quick, shortsighted fix.

Yeah. I'll add in Arrogant, at least it fits somewhat.
Yeah, he is cool, but a Sith Force Spirit giving FR to ONE character would have been good to. Or just never introduced the freaking Mouse Droids, and anyone could kill HoloSid easily.

WotC seems to have basically abandoned the older sets, and begin using cheap fixes - which makes everything much more difficult for them in later sets...which makes me begin to believe that there won't be later sets. The clues are there, and I'm beginning to think there won't be many further sets. Two or three beyond GaW, but that's about it.

Unfortunately, I think your right. I know they have Dark Times and Masters of the Force planned after GaW. Do you know if there are any sets planned after that? GaW is already showing signs of the end, because there are pieces that they would never have made in previous sets, like the R7 Astro Droid (my RS R2-D2 is now almost completely obsolete).

Exactly. They're obsoleting everything, and it's too fast for them to be planning anything. I mean, they've killed Sith with Holosid. Republic is bloated, and Rebels are just...NR is too good, Mandos are unplayable, and the OR is beyond hope. It's really too bad that we should have to watch the end of the game.

Yeah. Why is GaW CW 2 anyway? It could have been another Universe, with pieces from a lot of factions. At least there are no more Rebels, but they will probably be the top faction for the next few sets, unless, of course, something in GAW makes the Republic even more broken (I'm betting on Admiral Yularen being a great commander, like Rieekan good. Let's hope not...).

Lol. I haven't followed any sets since KotOR, I quit the game when the cards and the set size changed. I still do play, but not with new pieces. My opponents and I will agree to play games "Pre A&E" or "Pre TCW" or something like that, so I have a fighting chance.

That would be interesting. I've never played with set restrictions. It would be cool to see what you could do with, say, Fringe and Mandos from Bounty Hunters, or something (probably not a good example).

No, we play "this set and all before it," or something - it's a good way of getting around Yobuck or Doombot squads.

Yeah, I know, I'm just saying it would be interesting to base squads off of one set and see what happens.
Or you could just make Republic or Rebel squads only available when they play each other, because they are really the only two factions that can stand up to each other.

Yeah, true. Of course, with set limitations, that isn't entirely necessary.

Yeah. That limits it nicely.
Although this is really random, this got me thinking on what the worst set WotC has ever made. Which do you think it is? I think A&E is the worst - horrible set list, weird cards, friggin square bases and like 1 piece I would want.

Ahem. While A&E was terrible - dumb cards, terrible sculpts, and poor stats - I hate TCW with the fiery passion of a thousand burning suns.
