I think it looks pretty good. Maybe raise the Attack by a point, as it's pretty low when it's not attacking Jedi (for its cost).

Why not just give it Force Immunity instead of making a whole new ability?

What? What are you talking about? Immunity: Force Grip? The only reason I didn't give it Force Immunity is because the Purge Troopers weren't resistant to all forms of Force attacks, only attacks which moved them.

But it's just so specific. It's like Mando Hunter, it's not going to be used much. Plus, the only characters with Force Grasp are from your custom set. I mean, it's kinda cool, but not all too effective. This guy is a large, so why not just change Grasp (I still stand firm on my views of that ability) to only work on smalls and mediums, unless it is a very high level version of the power?

Does it really matter if it is specific? As you pointed out Mando Hunter is specific, yet it still exists doesn't it? And even if Force Grasp has only seen light with my customs, what exactly does that matter?

It just seems that if you want it to be useable, it should be a bit more general. Mando Hunter, while specific, does have a good chunk of enemies to be used against. There are what, at max 5 or 6 characters with Force Grasp, correct?

Perhaps an ability like "Heavy" or "Clawed Feet" that makes him immune to Force powers that would move him, or something like that. It would be more general, as it would also affect Force Push and Force Repulse.

That could work. Lets brainstorm some names for that kind of ability. Heavy, Traction, Greater Stable Footing (would also include the normal Stable Footing ability), etc

Hmm. I think that any one of those names would work well. The Wookieepedia article on them described their feet as "magnetic tractor boots".

Ok then. I think I like where this is heading now.
How about Magnetic Traction (This character may not be moved by enemy Special Abilities, Force Powers, or Commander Effects)?

I think that would work well.

That works. For simplification, how about we reword it to (This character may not be moved by enemy Special Abilities, Force Powers, or Commander Effects)

Even better. So, with that figured out, does he look good?
