Hmm. wrecked cart makes it a little too durable, first getting your powerhouse cart, then if your opponent rolls a crit, you get 2 more full HP characters. I think just increasing the cart's HP and removing WC would be better
Extra Opportunity would give the cart 4 AoO (Twin Attack works on AoOs), might wanna remove that
You could also add an ability something along these lines (This character may make 2 attacks instead making it's normal attack each turn, one these attacks must be against an adjacent enemy, this attack counts as a melee attack)
So you could remove twin, padme gets one shot each round, and anakin can swing his layzasword once each round also.

wait. Instead of moving? Did you mean instead on attacking? So instead of move 8 then shoot, you can move 8, shoot, and attack an adjacent enemy

Well here's what I was thinking. Move 8 make 2 attacks [Anakin has 1 attack, which has to be a melee attack and PAdme gets one whoch doesn't have to be melee] make sense?

Well here's what I was thinking. Move 8 make 2 attacks [Anakin has 1 attack, which has to be a melee attack and PAdme gets one whoch doesn't have to be melee] make sense? that makes sense, but your wording implies something completely different. Try this: Dual Attack (Replaces turn; Move up to the character's speed, then make two attacks, one of which must be against an adjacent enemy)

I remember this
Nice update, although with dual attack, why would it need Mobile AND Galloping.
I think only one of those is really necessary.

Very true, though I'm wondering why Mobile was on there in the first place. Orrays don't exactly seem like the speedy agile kind of creature.

Wrecked Cart is pretty powerful (even if it's incredibly situational), and some of these abilities seem a little too complex. I'd look at the feel of Luke's Landspeeder as a model.
